Excellent quick relief for aching muscles
Was not expecting it to be a HUGE jar-- not complaining it's just more to love. This product really works for achy muscles and doesn't leave skin sticky or greasy. Added benefit of the menthol scent if you're feeling a bit congested. Effective product value priced.

Alleviates aches and pains. Every day use without any side effects. Used for more than 20 years.
I have had a jar of Mineral Ice in my medicine cabinet for the past 20 years, and used it after playing racquetball or five mile hikes in the mountain near home. Well, the racquetball and hikes are no more, replaced by fibromyalgia. In addition to pain medication, I use Mineral Ice between the meds that I take one or two times a day. It is no cure for what ails you, but it certainly masks the pain for 45 minutes or more. It gets me through, and I can't any more than that. Though it has similar to the BenGay my father used to use 75 years ago (the smell remains even though my Dad doesn't), it is more effective and lasts longer. On top of the relief it delivers, it does not stain. I put it on while still wearing my old shirts. And after all these years, I found that I don't have to slather it on. Rather, a light "application" of the gel is as good as wasting precious ounces. Try it on your neck and shoulders. It will allow you to sit at the computer for a little more time (a bad idea to start with, but I've been "sheltering in place" for almost five years, and there's email to be answered and articles to read, and different games to search for). Apply it before bed and you'll have a head start in getting some sleep. By all means, wash your hands after applying, and don't touch your eyes or nose or any other sensitive areas.

I've used this occasionally since 2016. It absorbs well and non-sticky and non-greasy. I would buy again. I couldn't find this in any local stores in Virginia, so I was glad Amazon carries it.
