Worked a lot better than I expected
Pleasantly surprised with this one. Very easy, and much less cleaning up after when compared to the traditional method and product. I will saying frying them does produce a slightly different, and better flavor. But for the lack of cleaning and dishes this method offers, it was a negligible difference in the end. It still taste great like you expect from the brand, and the finish was exactly what I was looking for. Really enjoyed my meal.

Size matters
Great batter and amazing flavor! But The package is half the size of the normal Louisiana fish fry and the bag is half the size of the box. I say buy planki bread crumbs and yellow fish meal and seasoning of your own desire and save the money because you get maybe 15 small/medium filets battered for $8 go buy a fish plate at a restaurant even. Hey not knocking Louisiana fish fry its all i use. But bigger is better!!!!

This is good, but you have to coat the fish!!
I have been air frying fish for a while so let me give y’all some tips. First rinse your fish and dry completely. Then I coat my fish (catfish) with about a tablespoon of oil and mustard. I promise you won’t taste the mustard. Then I coated my fish in the mixture and sprayed each side with a light coat of vegetable oil cooking spray. Finally I air-fried according to the directions on the box. The results are crispy and well coated fish!
