You get two pair of shoelaces...red and green... Or you could replace them with the color of your choice...so yes, they are replaceable...

Heel height? Will these increase height?

Actually no. They are like Converse Chuck Sneakers. They are completely flat on the sole. Since my bike is a Ninja 250, the gap between peg and shifter is smallish. They fit perfectly compared to full blown riding/racing boots with heels.
