Review: Swingingly Happy - Lovely two seater patio swing. I am really enjoying the addition to my home and can relax when using this swing. Very comfortable, sturdy and was easy to assemble with the two of us. The holders are sturdy enough to hold 2-8oz glasses on each side and a cell phone. You need stretch out the legs underneath of the holders to attach to the bar to hold them up. The lumbar pillow is a nice plus and the cushions are good but can, down the road, be replaced with something thicker or more to your liking. But it does match beautifully. The overhead cover is easy to stretch on but I would suggest for winter weather and rain to buy an overall cover. If put in the right place you get great shading from the sun! I’m so glad I got this product and would buy it over again. The lighting that comes with it works great but you must remember on the back of the solar box to turn it ‘off or on’ and the lights do not work in the daytime of course. The Solar box for lights take a good 8 hours to charge once you install the batteries. But the lights are very colorful and you have two choice patterns on how they blink. The picture instructions were good enough to put the swing together if you look carefully. Remember to put on the covers for the bolts for a finishing touch. The hanging posts for the swing have two shorter ones and two longer ones. The longer ones go in the back. Other than that it’s good to go and simple. I would recommend this product but if you don’t have patience to put this patio swing together have someone else do it for you or at least help. Customer service was great and helpful. ♥️
Review: BEST swing EVER !! - This swing is BEYOND nice. I wanted one that had a sturdy bottom and back NOT fabric .. (my previous one the canvas on the seat became rotted from sun) the packaging is SUPERIOR . I am quite critical of packaging as we have a family owned custom packaging business . The instructions verrrrrry easy, everything labeled perfectly . (A two person job tho for sure) it is SO sturdy and quite heavy , which is great as previous one blew over multiple times. This one will positively not blow over. Not to mention the cushion have removable washable covers. Spend a little more and get one that will last. I can’t say enough about this swing 💜

**Q: One of the plastic pieces that holds the canopy arrived damaged. Can I get a replacement??**
A: I had the same problem, and customer service sent me a replacement.

**Q: If I order one now and we don't put it together and put it outside till the weather is warm how long do I have returning if there's something wrong wi**
A: You can return the item within 30 days of the date you received the item if there is something wrong.

**Q: How do you get the lights to work?**
A: I had to push quite hard on the on/off button to get them to work.  You have to push until you hear a click.  Also, they don't light up until after dark, so you may want to try it then.

**Q: Is the Canopy optional?  Do not need it under porch.**
A: They are both brown on mine

We purchased a Purple Leaf Swing for our son and his wife as a Christmas present in December, 2020. The box was not opened until May, when good weather returned, and after my son and his wife sold their home in a job-related move. We found that the durable plastic attachment for the canopy on the end of the crossbar had been damaged during shipping. We contacted Purple Leaf and they sent us a new fitting immediately. The entire process took about a week, during which time they kept us informed via e-mail of the order status and tracking. The swing was easy to assemble, and unlike other swings we own or have owned, it is all metal, with comfortable cushions, a collapsable shelf on each, and will support three adults easily. We decided to keep the swing for ourselves. We now have two swings, and assorted comfortable lawn furniture in our backyard, and the Purple Leaf swing is always the first to be occupied when we entertain. We also intend to buy another Purple Leaf swing for our son and his wife when they purchase their next home. Wayne and Kathie Melville
