It feels a bit light to take on more rugged adventures- to take with one camping, hiking, etc. which I have hesitated to try. But, I use my iPad a lot right now for reading, as a recipe guide in the kitchen, and for other stuff around the house and it has held up well. The protective screen it comes with is nice, and wipes clean pretty easily. Also like the built-in stand when you fold it back.
