1. Significant wear and tear on packaging. Improper tape application makes me believe it was a return item that hastily got re-shipped2. Entire box was covered in dust that managed to penetrate the interior and cover suitcase and components3. Manufacturer provides a single iphone charging cable but not a charging cable for the power bank. Truly non-sensical4. Top hand and side strap is extremely tight and anyone with an above average hand will struggle holding it

After a few months of stalking on instragram, I am so glad I took the plunge and purchased one of the Horizn Studios cases - I couldn't be more pleased with my purchase.Delivery was super speedy and packaged well (in an amazon box and then horizn studios box with dust bag). I actually loved opening it as really got to see all the little add ons like washing bag, luggage tag, laptop pockets etc which come with the case which, for an organisational freak like me is great.Have since travelled with the case and confirm that it is also very practical, lightweight and easily transportable. Quality of the outer shell is great, battery pack is so handy (especially with a delayed flight) and it also looks great! The best bit for me is that the inner divider can be tightened to really compact the clothes underneath. I was only away for 4 days but the case was not full and I think, using the compression straps, you could easily pack enough for a week.I was a bit dubious about choosing a lighter colour and unfortunately it did mark a little on my trip as it was chucked with all the other cases, however the marks have easily wiped off with a damp cloth and it looks good as new.Need to book another trip so I can use it again!

This is probably the best decision I have ever made.I am travelling a lot and was on the hunt for the right luggage for ages.The H2 just has all the features you need for frequent travelling, be it for business or pleasure.Especially the integrated power pack makes life just so much easier when waiting at airports or commuting.I need my equipment to be working at all times and I cant afford to lose time every time I am changing location.

This is a beautifully designed suitcase, with some leather detailing. I ordered this suitcase 2no times. The first time it came with beautiful leather detailing in various places-unfortunately the sewing machine had gone off track in various areas and was not holding the stitch. It was returned. The 2nd suitcase came with leather detailing in just a few areas, but not to the same extent of the 1st suitcase. Still very beautiful but not as impressive as the first. I queried this but was told that the model had not changed. Maybe the first suitcase they sent me was a prototype?

Wow really impressed with my new carry on suitcase, this was a super buy. I've already had the pleasure of using the suitcase a couple of times and it has a great quality feel and finish, you can tell this is made from top materials. I especially love the scratch resistant material used on the outside of the case, which means it will still stay looking fresh for years to come. The wheels are super smooth and quiet as well, really easy to get around with this suitcase. The built in USB battery charger is genius and has already saved me a couple of times, priceless! Overall I could not be more happy with this product it was worth every penny.

Got my Cabin Trolley from Horizn Studios, and man what a treat! Started opening the super nice packaging, found a small "welcome greet" booklet that really improves opening the package :-) The trolley is very nice and sleek, and I am so fond of the uniqueness of the trolley, and the options for practical packaging a lot of stuff in a small container, while at the same time being able to charge my phone during my future travels! Super cool gadget, that will make my life so much easier!

Bit pricey, but I travel on work quiet a bit and destroyed 2 cheaper suitcases in as many years.This one is a nice size and sturdy (even the handle).Not sure how useful the battery is and would have loved to have a front sleeve/pocket to drop my belongings into while going through security.

I'm in love with this HORIZN Trolley. It has a great design and it's also really practical. Especially the phone charger is a gadget I would never want to live without again. All my expectations have definitely been met and I can't wait to travel in style with this gem!
