Damage product
I don't understand why particularly this product/item every time got damaged. Like last year also I sent it someone for gift The jhumka was broken 1...this year again sane problem jhumka is damaged. This year I made a complaint about it The exchange it but again same problem. Please don't fo this with customer's. Money and emotions....it was rakhi gift.

Very beautiful
It’s nice and thick and heavy. Gave only 4 stars because the chains used to hang the necklace is very thin and doesn’t take the weight of the necklace well.

Missing earrings
If I could give no stars I would. When I opted for a replacement I was instructed to attach the label etc. to the product and deliver it to an address.
