A: Slightly less than an inch long and a little over 1/4 inch in diameter.  (I take 2 a day, my late 93 year old mother used to take 4 per day.  Best garlic capsule you can get--600 mg.)

**Q: How many mg garlic extract in ea. capsule?**
A: Each capsule has 600mg. of aged Garlic.   The bottle says serving size 1 capsule take twice daily with a meal.

**Q: Whats the difference between this and the original formula 100 (green bottle)? why is this extra strength reserve, its the same, no?**
A: This Extra Strength Reserve is a slightly larger capsule with 600mg per capsule. Dosage is taking one capsule with a meal twice a day.  The plain Cardiovascular is 300 mg per capsule. Dosage is taking TWO capsules with a meal twice daily.  So you end up with the same amount.

**Q: Where are the garlic sourced from (which country)?**
A: USA. California garlic farmers probably from the garlic capital of the world, Gilroy, CA. Hope this helps.
