This is for body detox so you will experience kind of tummy cramps when about to poo and frequent washroom uses. However, this is fine as it is supposed to work like that. I haven't lose much weight yet as I don't exercise at all but that's ok as I feel lighter and fresh after having this 😇. Take a break during menstrual period do not lose hope as every individual body systems reacts differently some may start losing weight within 3,4 days. As for meh, everything took time to produce result in my body so im going to continue for a month or two. By the way im about to complete 1 package and already 2nd order delivered.

U have to take care of ur diet n exercise to get best results.
Awesome ! I have tried this before as well n did get gud results. Just continue with normal exercise or walking everyday for around 40 mins to get best results. From first use only u will not feel any bloating in ur stomach. N it make u feel light.
