So the reviews were mixed so I was a bit nervous with the purchase. At first I was a bit dissappinted by the size of the wells but as I started filling them I realized that they do actually hold a larger amount than I expected them to. I did a test run and the paints stayed perfect over the course of two days so I immediately purchased a second to put all my 56 guache paints into as a set. I've dropped the cases a few good times and haven't had any breaks or leaks. I find as long as the edges of the wells are cleaned and dried before applying the lid, I do not have an issue with the colors bleeding into the wells next to each other. Over all I'm really surprised at the quality and how much product these little wells hold and I do intend on purchasing a third.

De-potted my MAC Lipsticks to be better for when I have clients and it works really good. It’s air tight and helps keep the integrity of the lipstick formulas. Would recommend!

I bought this hold my Holbein gouache paint. These paints are expensive and I wanted a palette to store the paint once it is out of the tube and wont dry up. This does just that. The paint will need a little water but overall it does not dry out. There is a handy palette underneeath that you can slide out to mix colors and comes with a little scooper thing to help scoop out the wells. Everything is neat and compact. It is wonderful. Best art supply purchase!!!!

I bought 2 of these to use in my pro kit and the lid with all of the closures was just too cumbersome. there's always product on the lid so I couldn't really just rest the palette on top of the lid or set the lid off to the side. I didn't want to leave the lid off letting air in to dry up my cremes. I ended up using it once on a job and getting frustrated with it (vueset tahiti is much more convenient with its hinged top and takes up less space). It is very well made.

I have many watercolors, gouache, and postercolor. I bought this for my poster color to keep it moist. Go ahead and buy the one with the extra hand held palette and the metal stick. The metal stick is great for taming the paints into the deep wells. It has a detachable palette that slides under the box and the clips are sturdy that are used to close the lid. What is neat about this one is that the little silicone squares cap off the well on the inside of the lid. instead of being a confusing and lose silicone seal that goes around each well which could still include leakage. I think with any paint of course you dont want to store it vertically however this offers about 99% protection where you may have time to correct the level of the palette. I would probably still put it horizontal if i were to backpack it somewhere.

I used this for my makeup business. The top is not so easy to go on therefore the lipsticks smeared all over the cover. The top is very cumbersome

I have been useing these pallets for my watercolor paints! I love that I can put these in any bag and not have to worry about paint leaking out! Also I can see what colors are in each pallet without having to open the lid! I also use one for my acrylic inks and none of them have dried out!

Very nice and sturdy. My only small complaint is it was a little to bulky for me as I’m using it for lipstick depot & it has to fit in my kit. I put a peppermint next to it to get an idea of size.

This palette was perfect for what I wanted to use it for. Sturdy, with a heavy duty feel gave me all the satisfaction of purchasing this awesome item. As a Makeup Artist I am always looking for items to better organise my kit and not have to pay a fortune in shipping etc. I use the stored tray underneath as a mixing tray and the latch to have my palette on display. One happy customer, highly recommend if you want to organised your lipsticks.

I put water into the box and leave it upside down for couple hours. It does not leak single drop of water! So whoever plan to use it to store your watercolor paint. It will not dry out your expensive paint set. Happy painting!
