New Chapter Bone Strength Take Care Organic Calcium D3 K2, 120 Slim Tabs

I like this product very much. The calcium source is from plants which I feel is helping my bones. It's so important to keep your bones strong and healthy. The pills aren't very large and they're thin so they're easy to swallow. The bottle of 120 tablets should last me a few months, so I thought the price was a great deal!

UPDATE Best calcium supplement on market. My calcium level are finally where my doctor wants. I have no trouble taking these 4x per day. Unlike others there is no aftertaste (common in other similar plant-based capsules), very easy to swallow and effective (confirmed by blood tests). This is the reason why I changed rating from 4 to 5. I developed severe osteoporosis resulting in multiple fractures of my shoulder, ankle and concurrent wrist and femur (I was returning home from the hospital after knee replacement surgery and fell getting out of the car despite using a walker). I ignored a diagnosis of osteopenia 20 years ago PLEASE pay attention and avoid my path! My review is based on personal experience and advice from endocrinologists at Yale Medical Center and Mayo Clinic, an orthopedic surgeon at Hospital for Special Surgery in NYC and a rheumatologist at John Hopkins. I recommend this product after using this product for 6 months at 4 pills/day =1200 mg total calcium (NOT the recommended dose on bottle). My calcium levels are only slightly below the recommended range. But much better than the consistently very low levels of calcium found (after 6 years) trying other brands containing calcium carbonate. Supplements contain different sources of calcium. The calcium in this product is from plant, specifically a red algae. This form is readily absorbed with or without food. You can also find synthetic calcium as a salt such as calcium citrate, maleate or carbonate. The carbonate is found in lower priced brands since it is more cheaply manufactured - and very difficult to absorb - than say calcium citrate which is more expensive. Bottom line, to be effective, any calcium supplements must include: *Absorbable calcium (plant based or synthetic) *vitamins D and K and * be absorbed in the gut at no more than 400 mg per dose. This is important - You must have absorbable calcium (from plant or algae or as a different calcium salt than the carbonate salt which lower priced brands usee and at a dose of no more than 400 mg/3x per day. In addition to being impossible to swallow, the 1200 dose just isn't absorbed by the gut - just wasting $- believe me from personal experience and from specialist advice (whose research have proven this). In addition too much calcium is harmful in addition to being constipating. Also remember that this disease requires a multi prong approach drug +diet +excersize +Supplemental calcium. Good luck and hope this helps you.

The New Chapter Calcium Supplement for Bone Strength has been an excellent addition to my daily routine. One thing I really appreciate is that it’s made with plant-based calcium and includes added nutrients like magnesium and vitamin D3 to support overall bone health and absorption. Unlike some calcium supplements that can feel heavy or cause stomach discomfort, this one has been very gentle and easy to digest. The tablets are also easier to take than many other calcium products I’ve tried. After using it consistently, I feel good knowing I’m supporting long-term bone strength with high-quality ingredients from a trusted brand. I also like that the formula is thoughtfully made without a lot of unnecessary fillers. The quality is noticeable, and the bottle lasts a good amount of time. If you’re looking for a clean, effective calcium supplement that’s easy on the stomach and supports overall bone health, this is a great choice.

I am very pleased with the New Chapter Plant-Based Calcium Supplement. Shipping was prompt, and the bottle arrived well-packaged and securely sealed. The packaging was intact with clear labeling, and the capsules were ready to use right away. In terms of product quality, this calcium supplement feels well thought out. Because it is plant-based and USDA Organic, it offers a gentler alternative to traditional calcium tablets, which can sometimes cause digestive discomfort. The capsules are easy to swallow, and I experienced no irritation or heaviness after taking them with meals. The formula includes supportive nutrients that help with calcium absorption, which feels reassuring for long-term bone health. While individual results may vary, the consistent routine of this supplement gives me peace of mind that I’m addressing bone health in a wholesome, natural way. Organic certification adds confidence that the ingredients meet high-quality standards, without unnecessary fillers or artificial additives. From a value perspective, this supplement offers solid everyday utility for the price. Rather than juggling multiple bottles, this product provides a targeted, well-rounded approach to calcium support that aligns with plant-based and organic preferences. Overall, this is a well-made, easy-to-take calcium supplement that provides gentle, reliable bone health support. I would confidently recommend it to anyone looking for a quality, plant-based option in their daily routine.

I have been taking this supplement for aboit a month now because my bone density has been very low on my body scans. Compared to competitors, this supplement has pretty much the same ingredients and ratios, but for a much cheaper cost and a larger quantity. So, I figured I would try it (I am on an extremely tight budget so this was no light decision.) In one month my bone density has increased from 4.6 to 4.9, which is absolutely amazing! I have been struggling with force feeding milk, and straight calcium with absolutely no help. But THIS HELPS!! 10/10 highly recommend to anyone looking to strengthen their bones!!

I have always have taken this great plant Calcium

I’m actually on my third bottle of new chapter bone strength. I am osteopenia and I’m not sure if it’s working or not cause I have to get another test done in a while, but I will continue taking them in the meantime one of my doctors when I mentioned that that was what I was taking he’s not a big pill pusher and I told him what I was taking and he approved of it. I have had no side effects. I take three pills daily after I have something to eat. The pills are not so slim, but I don’t have a problem swallowing pills anyways I take all three at the same time. I just would like to say that I think the packaging is a bit much and the price is gone up as well. The packaging wasn’t so much. The price may come down some just a suggestion as long as I can afford, am, I will continue to buy them just trying to look out for my health. So easy to use I have no problems with that easy for me to swallow them. I have no problems with that even.

I have been taking for 20 years keeping my bone in goof condition

Ordered both the Bone strength and Omega vitamin. Omega vitamin was fine but the Bone strength cover was chipped and broken.

Each pill is thin and small with rounded edges! So much better than the usually giant calcium pill! Has k2, magnesium, and vitamin D in it too! Would recommend it to anyone that struggles with large calcium pills. No smell and no after taste.

All in one for calcium absorption

I use the product for health...bone strength. It is recommended by health professionals.
