Best springform pan I have ever used. Very sturdy, kind of heavy, and the clamp is very strong. No leaks with this one! Highly recommend!

Fantastic quality. Well made. Read the instructions for tips to keep the non-stick working well and make perfect cheesecakes because of how well the non-stick works.

I purchased this pan to make a flourless chocolate cake that called for a springform pan. The rose gold color of the pan is lovely. It worked well in terms of the spring latch functioning as expected. The cake was easy to remove off the bottom part of the pan once the sides of the pan were released and removed. I am very happy with this purchase.

As far as quality goes, this would be tops...thick gauge metal with a nice non-stick coating. Some other reviews said it leaked when assembled, others said not. I ended up getting one that is on the looser side and it dribbles slowly until baked a bit, so I'm using a drip-pan under it for the first few minutes. That said, it does work fine and looks like it will last so...3.5 stars rounds up to 4 for me.

My first spring forms, but they are awesome even though the camp is a it stiff which I actually like. Use for making crustless cheesecakes.

I bought this just over a month ago, but didn't go to use it until today, unfortunately. I had searched for a steel springform pan no PFAs, and this came up--now I find that it's coated with "Xylan"--similar to Teflon, and containing at least some of those "forever chemicals." I bought this to replace two old Teflon springform pans, so I never would have bought this, had I known. It deceptively appears in several searches for no PFAS and safe surface. The rim is also bent in two places. Very poor quality. It's unfortunate that it is too late to return it--it has to go in the trash, like the others, and I will look for something with a truly safe surface. What a waste of money, time spent searching, and metal in the trash.

The non stick coating seems great. Easy to clean and use. The champagne colour was oddly less expensive and it looks great! I'll update in time if needed after using it several times.

It is a good product

I’m so disappointed with this pan. Every time I’ve used it, it has leaked, regardless of the type of cake batter. I’m so tired of cleaning my oven from all the baked on leaked mess. I bought it to replace an old spring-form pan that never, ever leaked. Now I’m going to have to buy another one.

Lightweight, easy to take apart, easy to clean.
