As a fan of supplements and all things holistic, it was no surprise that a review for Fenugreek came up one morning on my FYP. I had never heard of it before but once I found out it could help offset some of the severe cramping I get from endometriosis, I figured it was worth a shot. I’m so glad I made the purchase because after about 2 months of regular use I noticed a decrease in the severity of pain around the time of my period. Usually I’m pretty much bed ridden until it passes, but they’ve become a bit more manageable since incorporating Fenugreek! These capsules also helped get rid of a case of BV I developed, so I’ve found only benefits to using them. And yes, in case you’re wondering, the rumors about smelling like a light scent of maple syrup are 100% absolutely true ;) Not only in your “nether regions” but also just like regular sweat from exercise. It’s not an overpowering scent (at least not with my chemistry) and Ive even received some compliments. Of course, I’d encourage anyone to first speak with their doctor or homeopath to make sure this supplement is safe for you, but for me it’s worked wonders and I will most definitely keep purchasing!

I take this for my cholesterol which my doctor suggested for me. It has helped with that, plus has also helped me lose weight by cutting out half of cholesterol from my diet. Pill size is a little bit bigger, but not hard to swallow. I only take a half dose though, because it upset my stomach a bit.

The pill was easy to swallow, flavor wasn't disgusting, noticed it took effect within 24hrs and I definitely could smell the maple syrup coming from my pores and urine.... Now my only issue with this product is while taking it my cycle came and it was great because I didn't feel any cramps whatsoever using fenugreek and that for me was a plus. Also my blood had no smell whatsoever and I loved that... However my cycle is still on at this moment and it's day 13😮‍💨. It's on and off during the day... Right when me and my papa bear initiate some play time boom immediately after we notice Bright red then light pink, then nothing at all... It's never heavy like I need anything more than a panty liner but still... So I stopped taking it a few days ago in hopes that it will allow my cycle to stop because that could be the only culprit... Everyone's body is different but I recommended this to a friend who is on birth control and it made her cycle longer as well although she takes birth control to stop hers which it didn't like it usually does although hers has ended now... I'm still waiting of course 😒 So if I do resume taking them I will stop a week in advance of my cycle date to be on the safe side...

First let me start by saying that I am not new to fenugreek. I have taken fenugreek in the pill form for about 4 yrs off and on. I initially started taken them to increase my bust size. Long story short, they worked. However, you cannot just take them and expect a miracle. My boyfriend contributed to the cause with the help of breast manipulation (use your imagination). He also claimed to have gotten/tasted milk at times (no I wasn't/am not pregnant) so keep that in mind. I stopped taking them because after a while I felt like the quality of the pills changed with Nature's Way and my breast were up a full cup size...and full. Nature's Way "new" pills had a chemical smell and taste to them and I just didn't trust it. Even the scent of maple syrup stopped coming from my body when I would sweat or urinate. That's when I decided to stop buying from that company all together. Fast forward to now...November 6th I decided to start taking them again...for obvious reasons and because they have other great benefits such as circulation and hair growth. I discovered this particular brand of fenugreek from a review left on TikTok (go figure). She was so stoked that she smelled like syrup that I decided to give this brand a try. So I placed my order and my pills arrived on the 7th. I took 3 (easy to swallow) pills at once (I've always just taken them all at one time) with a full glass of water. If you're just starting out, follow the directions on the bottle. About 5 hours later, I noticed my urine already started to smell like MS...definitely a sign that your body is absorbing the pills. Today is the 12th and the reason for my review... last night after "sexy" time with my man he immediately says to me, "you started taking your fenugreek again...I can smell it...nice!" So at 3 pills a day for 6 days my whole body is giving off a maple syrup smell (which some people like). This is a way better product than Nature's Way. You're getting less pills for the price with this company, but it's so worth it for the results. I'll take quality over quantity any day.

I've been spending months trying one supplement at a time to see what helps my PSSD (post-SSRI sexual dysfunction), and while I had read about Fenugreek's promising results in studies to enhance male orgasm, taking this supplement had a MUCH stronger effect on me than I reasonably expected! For background, I'm a 36 year old man, and I was on Lexapro for over a year, until I got off it because it totally ruined my orgasms and libido and I decided I'd rather get hypnosis for my anxiety and still be able to enjoy sex. But I never regained a lot of that, even many months after stopping--and that's what PSSD is. My main problem was muted orgasms, and also lack of sex drive. First I tried pine pollen (on its own), which was very helpful in higher doses. Then I tried black maca (on its own), which was even more helpful. Then I tried this particular Fenugreek (on its own), and it was a drastic improvement! For me it began working in a few days. After a few weeks now, I can only say THANK YOU to the manufacturer!! I not only have my full orgasms back, but I'd almost say it's better than before I got on the Lexapro. Now I plan to stack this Fenugreek with the black maca and the pine pollen I was using, to maximize my sexual health and pleasure. It's such a relief to finally overcome PSSD, so I don't have to go the rest of my life having sex that doesn't even feel good. Please keep making it, I will keep buying it!

These increased my milk supply a lot in the beginning of my breastfeeding journey. I stopped having to take them and them as my baby stopped needing milk as much (starting solids). I noticed started getting frustrated when she did feed because my breasts weren’t as full anymore, so I started taking them again, and my supply is back up - no more frustration from her! Unintended benefit: they make my body odor smell like maple syrup!! They also taste like maple syrup.

A friend told me to try these for my horrible menstrual cramps. I do not take the full dose. I take one capsule daily with my other daily vitamins with food and a whole bottle of water. I can tell a difference since taking this supplement. My cramps are 50% less excruciating. This is my 6th bottle, so I’ve been taking them for a year. I have no aftertaste or anything.

I took this product a few years ago with great results but I stopped because of the strong smell I started to have when sweating during working out. I wanted to revisit it again and it’s still great, however I now take half a serving (one pill) instead which is still above the serving size from some other brands. This also allows it to last twice as long and the results are still great!
