To make scrambled eggs for two, should I add anything besides the powder and water, please?

hello,I mix water and powder in a microwavable glass bowl and cook until the egg mixture starts to solidify.(about 30 seconds) depending on how much egg powder is in the bowl. Add a tsp of butter using a fork and mix into the egg. return to microwave and cook.observe the mixture becoming more lumpy and stir again. return to microwave if necessary but don,t let it dry out. when cooking completed you can add more butter and pepper/salt as required. The heading for these dried eggs shows non irradiated but the picture of the packaging clearly says irradiated, does anyone know which is correct ?

I don't think the eggs are irradiated. I have the feeling, the whole product description "Premium Non GMO Gluten Free Pure Whole Egg Powder 500g, Perfect for Scrambled Eggs, No Additives, Not Irradiated, Vegetarian" didn't fit on the label. That's why you get the ellipsis between "Premium" and "irradiated, Vegetarian". If you don't pay attention, this unfortunate labelling gives the impression that the eggs are irradiated.
