I have been taking this vitamin for a few weeks now and it is amazing. I practice martial arts every day (Qigong and Tai Chi) and I do need to take Vitamin D to strengthen and help my bones and joints as there aren't enough sunny days in the UK and I cannot get enough vitamin D from food. Before I started taking it I was feeling constantly tired from the training and my immune system was a bit weaker. However, after I start taking them daily I started to feel much stronger and back on track with my exercises. I absolutely needed this. The weather here is so depressing, without this, I would feel so down everyday. The potency is very high and the Vitamin K is a nice addition too. The fact that the excipients are 100% natural is great too.

Quite large tablets but easily swallowed. I guess they're doing me good! Its good to find organic natural tablets without fillers
