I did individual locs around my perimeter and the middle is crocheted. I have had these in for about 2 weeks now and they literally look as if they are growing from my head... I wear a bonnet at night to help reduce the frizz from sleeping on them. However, a little frizz is normal plus it makes them look more natural... Love it . Just ordered more to redo my edges .So.. it's been a year now and I still seem to find myself back here ordering more and more. This is literally my "go to" hair style. I have my installation method down to a scientist. (Not even kidding) when I want something quick , I only do the individual method around the edges and crochet the middle. But, every time I tried to order the color I love, all of my normal sites were out of stock. So, hesitantly tried Amazon Prime. I searched and read reviews for almost 3 hours. Because I have never ordered hair online, I was super nervous. However, I am so happy that I did. I absolutely ADORE this hair!I order 6 pks each (they come in packs of 6) of the Luhui in 1B/Bug and #530. Initially I wanted all #530. But, consulting with my stylist, she encouraged me to blend so that one color would not overwhelm the other. And she was definitely right. I couldn't be happier.I only have two issues:1. these locs do not come in different sizes. On my wig sites, you can order them in small, medium or large. Although I am pleased with the size I have, I think the large would take less time and be easier to slip my hair through since we braided the perimeter then crocheted the middle. Another problem I have is that I could only find these locs in two lengths (14 in and 20 in) even though I wanted 18 inch. I settled for the 20 and have not been disappointed.The locs are so soft and light. They have a nice sheen to them. I have noticed that they snag just a little. But, After a quick touch up to remove the frizzies and hair style change, I am as good as new. I am on week 3 of my install. I feel like the older this hair gets, the better it looks. I have gotten compliments from so many people.I read some reviews that stated these packs had a foul odor. I did not find this to be true at all. I am just amazed.
