These combs are heavier, thicker and much larger than any I've purchased before. I simply love these. They are separate combs which you slide through your hair and into each other and they 'lock' together, holding your hair inside. Simple and no fuss to put your hair up on top, in back, or even to the side of your head and they hold your hair securely and neatly. Well worth the price, as they will last a very long time as they are well made. I ordered two sets, have only been using one set so far, it's been one year and they've not broken or cracked and are still very strong.

These are super nice,however, very heavy and stiff and would not stay in my hair(too thin) so i gave them to my daughter that has a thick head of long hair

I've never used French combs before, so I overestimated what size I need, but these are excellent quality and look exactly as depicted. I'm going to order a more appriatly sized comb from this shop and save these for when my hair is longer :)

These combs are heavy! The teeth of these combs are too far apart. Hair just slides out of the combs. And they were ridiculously expensive for cheap plastic! I should have gone by the reviews.

It was too big for my head and hair type. If you have crazy huge and thick hair whether you wear braids or whatever, it will work for you. Don’t get it if you have short hair or thin hair or small head…..these are big. I had to return….they pulled on my hair too much and i do not have a lot of it. Gonna need something smaller for what i am trying to do. But they are smooth, heavy and beautiful overall. Returned.

Strong and as advertised!

I remember wearing these in the 90s! My hair is getting long again, so I decided to give these a try. Some reviews said that they held really well and others said that they did not, so I was worried. Well, unfortunately, I'm one of those who got the ones that did NOT want to stay together. I'm not sure why it's so hit and miss with the same product and different reviewers. Maybe they get different suppliers sometimes? I have relatively thick hair, so I thought maybe that was it, but even without putting them in my hair, they don't want to grab each other. Disappointed.

This product is sturdy and has big teeth to hold your hair in place

I’m so grateful to have got the shipment on time both of them work amazingly since I bought two but they also were kind enough to send me a third one a medium version of the hair comb accessory. Very good packaging, wrapped really well and comes with a little sachet to protect each one.

These are beautiful, well made and sturdy. I got them based on a video I saw from someone who refers to herself as Nana, who has fine grey hair. I have fine hair (turning grey) but I can't get them to stay in my hair very long (minutes only) and I can't find her website again. You may have better luck but these are not cheap, easily broken ones.

Well worth the money.
