Is It work in 115 volts?

Yes, it works for me on a 110-120 VAC appliance. The key is the amperage (10A) and temperature (240 Celcius). If these match the bad fuse in your appliance it should work fine.

Will these work in a 120 Volt waffle maker?

If you check the markings on the bad fuse in your waffle maker you should be able to find the specifications. If they match this fuse (10A + 240 degree Celcius) It should work. If they don't match, check Amazon for another fuse that does match. I know there were a number of choices when I shopped for these. This fuse works perfectly on a 110V theater-type popcorn popper that I used it on. Hope that helps.

You would have to know/research the thermal characteristic of the current fuse for your rice cooker and see if the Bojack has the same specs.

Can it replace a fuse to 125v 15A?

I doubt if it would last very long. It's only rated to 10 amps
