A: Hi, Oryx Kajal pencils are retractable pencils, i.e. automatic ones. So you dont need a sharpener. Regards.

**Q: Is this product tested on animals?**
A: No, its not. Regards.

**Q: Can this be applied to upper lid waterline without irritation?**
A: I have very sensitive eyes but this brand of eye pencil has never caused irritation.   I notice from the image that it shows Blue Starry Night and, of course, different colours can cause different reactions because of the ingredients.  I only use the brown shades.  Hopefully someone who has used the blue pencil will answer your question.
