Not for use in UK - doesn’t deserve even one star but couldn’t submit without a star
Why is this still being sold in the uk? I ordered it not realising it is NOT for UK and the system is for US electricity use only. I now see (having read the review post order and delivery) that I am not the only person to have found this out after ordering. It is absolutely no use in UK. Don’t order!

Product incompatible and poor returns process.
This arrived a month ago and it quickly became obvious on inspection that it was from the States and incompatible with UK sockets. The box was slightly battered too. I duly filled in return label, repackaged and sent back via Amazon Hub at local Post Office. Yesterday I received a Royal Mail request to pay a £7 charge on a parcel that had no postage on it, which I did. The parcel in question turns out to be the one I sent over two weeks ago, returned to me !! I've now paid over £32 for a product that I can't use, that was not advertised as coming from USA,and that Amazon Hub has clearly not returned to sender!

Wrong appliance for the UK market it is 120V if you use it in the UK it will burn down

This is a 120V appliance not suitable for the UK. I only reliased this as the blue smoke was liberated.

Not too loud, looks great. Holds the perfect amount, and grinds nicely from coarse to fine depending on grind time. Worth the price for how nice it looks. Fresh ground is just so much better also. My only gripe is coffee grinds work themselves in between the clear lid and the black grinder bowl and then fall out when you open it
