We’ve been extremely pleased with Vetoquinol Flexadin Advanced Dog Hip and Joint Supplement. Our dog moves more comfortably, seems more active, and overall just appears happier since starting it. So first things first. I'm NOT a Bot, nor am I a rabid feedback-leaver. But I do feel that leaving a review on this product is warranted. My Border-Collie mix started showing signs of discomfort about a year ago. In time, she started showing signs of pain standing up, sitting weird, difficulty going up and down the stairs, whining, panting, less ball-play, etc. All of the classic signs of joint and knee pain. I bought her a $1K knee brace. Bought at least 10-15 different kinds of joint supplements. Tried different combinations. Went to the vet and received a series of shots. Obtained Gabapentin for her pain. NOTHING WAS EFFECTIVE! And to be honest, her pain was getting worse. I don't know how I stumbled upon this product, but I'm glad I did. Within the first week, I could tell that she was much happier and she wasn't whining as much. Week 2, she was moving around MUCH easier and wanted to play more. Now that we are in week 3, she is acting like a puppy again. I mean, she is 9 years old, so there are some good and bad days because she is older...but nowhere near where she was a month ago. Yes, these are expensive, but my gosh, how much did I pay for all of the other guinea pig treatments? How many hours did I watch all of the sad dogs with mobility issues on videos with the promise that their product worked? Not anymore for my girl. These are amazing, and you should truly give them a try. I pair them with WinPro Joint Supplement every morning because of the all-natural ingredients in WinPro. This actually works. I paired this with Dasuquin dice they have 2 different methods of action and within 2 weeks my 18 year old dogs legs stopped constantly shaking every time he stood up. He has more mobility. He isn't able to run, however the quality of life is clearly improved.

I started my 11 yo Schnauzer on half a piece for a week, and by day 6 he was more playful in the evenings. The next week I gave him a whole piece and like some have mentioned, he quickly had an upset stomach, and I stopped everything. I skipped this supplement for 3 days, to help settle his stomach, and have now started back with half a supplement daily. Will update this after finishing the bag.

Our dog takes this daily without any problems, which means the odor, taste, and texture are just right. The specs are very good, according to our vet.

I would buy this again. Everything the manufacturer said it would be.

My dog Dale is 10 years old , he got to were he could barely walk without limping. His hind legs were giving out. I got these chews for his joints and he is a different dog. He now can jump up on the recliner and loves to run and play. This is the second time I bought this product and it works!
