**UPDATE** Day 35 and still very pleased! Water tastes so much better and the dirt that the first canister is removing really builds our confidence in this product (see second image). We always thought of water was clean because it's public/city water. We were wrong! I strongly recommend this product!! ORIGINAL REVIEW BELOW: I did a ton of research before I purchased this unit. So far I couldn't be more pleased! Reviews about leaks, especially with the gauges concerned me. The gauges seem robust and are working great. The kit includes adapters for 1" and 3/4" pipe and these adapters aren't easily found, so I really appreciate that they are included with the kit. We had some fun testing the water. We poured a few classes before and after and the difference in smell and taste was astounding! The filtered water was so much better! I installed the kit and had ZERO leaks from the get-go. I suggest a heavy layer of Teflon tape on the threaded parts and thread them completely into the filter unit. I also suggest creating a bi-pass with shutoff valves in case you have a leak and to easily change out filters. I created the bi-pass for multiple reasons, but primarily so when I bring the water level up in our pool each spring we don't filter that water. In that case chlorine is good and I want it in the water. I highly recommend this filter assembly! **just a note that the 220v outlet to the left of the filter is no longer used and has been disconnected in the breaker panel.

Definitely. Notice a difference in the taste of water and the feel of the water as well. No more hard water and staining.It seems compatible with a couple different setups.No change in water pressure.Great value for your money.

We have city water, but it leaves behind a residue on the faucets and in our showers. After installing the filters, the water tastes different, and seems to be better in the shower. The amount of time that was required to clean my poof went from over a minute to about 15 seconds. I guess we had hard water. So glad I purchased this. The install was pretty easy. It says it prefers the plastic fittings over the brass shark bite fittings, but they worked fine. I had to wrap a couple of layers of silicone, but it worked out fine in the end. I believe this is a very good system, price wise, and the ability to remove contaminates. I wish I would've done this years ago. Update - I can't say enough about this filtration system. It's amazing! The water is so much better. Loving this filtration system. Install was quite easy as well. I luckily hit studs on both sides, but I also added a couple of toggle bolts in between just out of concern for the weight of the system with it being full of water.

Had these for 6 months now and so far so good. I had the system installed by a plumber and added a shutoff valve post water meter inlet source and directly after the filters to aid with replacement of filters.

When I bought this, I thought it was a bit expensive, BOY was I wrong! This is worth every penny and more. The company is very friendly and responsive. Had a question and ended up on the phone a half hour getting all the info. My main question was if they were going to be around a while so I didn't find, one day, there were no filters available ... but that was put to rest on my call. The product is amazing how it performs. I'm running straight from well in Florida and (as you may know) the water is nearly pure red coming out with iron and sulfur; this unit knocked it all out. I did water testing before any other filtration was turned on and the difference between this only and all other elements was negligible, it's doing much of the heavy lifting in the system. I did put other filters (spin and heavy sed) in front of it to give it less work to do and thereby extend the life of the filters and am very happy with it. The pressure gauges are great too although I did remove them, retape/paste and reinstall just to be sure. The unit is heavy and super industrial in the components used so don't be fooled by the pictures, I don't think they easily convey the units size. When we get a nice clear day out, I'll get some photos and update the post if that will help anyone.

I live in South West Florida where wells are common and sulfur and sulfur smells are common. When hurricane Ian came along it broke all my well equipment. I didn't have the money to replace all the well equipment as all of it was on the floor but I needed something to bring water back into my house and filter it and get rid of the sulfur smell. $500 later, arrived at my doorstep a week later. I can't believe this actually cleans water as good as it says. Water no longer has a sulfur smell. Feels clean! I wish the filters were a tad bit cheaper but it comes with the cost of owning a home. I included some pictures of before and after. My salt conditioner is broken but still passes salt so I'm lucky for now, will probably have to replace that in the future. I had to buy 2 brass 1 inch to PVC connectors from shark bite and it's working as a charm. I want to tell iFilters thank you for selling these! For those wanting to install them you might feel a concrete wall and two screws is not enough, I had to put two more concrete screws because it was heavy and I didn't want it to ever come off the wall.

I'm on a well in rural country. People all around me complain about water quality. I built my home with this installed from day one. I have great water! My neighbors are buying this unit to have great water as well.
