Fantastic cleaning kit for fishing reels. This and a set of precision Phillips and Torx and a little bit of time and attention to detail will increase your reel life significantly. Plenty of YouTube videos out there to educate you on how to disassemble a reel. I’ve made my saltwater reels feel as good as they did coming out of the box with this stuff. 10/10 recommend.

This is a decent little reel cleaning/lubricating kit. It has made maintaining my reels easy and practical. Only issue I’ve had is oil leaking from the needle oiler because I had it in a travel bag on its side, so try to make sure it stays upright when not in use.

if you do saltwater fishing or you catch catfish I cannot stress enough how important a cleaning kit is you wouldn't run 2000 rounds of ammunition through a firearm without cleaning it would you? take care of your fishing poles and they will take care of you this kit is awesome comes with everything you need out the gate every time I buy a new reel I shoot a bunch of Grease into the handle and I lube up the internals from the factory every reel comes with grease but I pack it like it's a bearing assembly lol if you want your reels to last buy this kit

Worked great to clean a few old reels I have had for over 20 years when I recently got back I to fishing because of my kids showing an interest. The kit came with everything I needed tear down an old Pflueger Baitcaster and a Zebco spinning combo. The oil and grease seemed to work really well to keep the inner components moving smoothly and still a month later they both are working as good as they did 20 years ago. Comes with q-tips and a nice cloth also to get into the right spaces and ensure that all your parts are able to be cleaned up nicely and the cleaner that comes with it did a great job breaking down the old grease and oils making it a breeze to clean. Very nice kit for the price and gives you everything you need except the patience to take apart and put the reels back together.
