I rarely write reviews, but this back brace deserves every single one of its five stars. I’ve been struggling with increasing low back pain lately, entirely due to poor support from my favorite lounging spots—specifically, my older, soft couch and the lack of proper lumbar support when using a reading pillow in bed. I was skeptical that a brace could help without being bulky or stiff, but this product completely exceeded my expectations. Great quality and very comfortable. I bought the wrong size but it still works and is very stretchy. I have a lower back injury and its helping to ease the pain tremendously.

This brace is fantastic! I never write reviews right after getting a product, but I had to in this case. This brace just arrived, so I put it on for my thrown back (old L 4/5 injury). It is really easy to use and put on. It has 3 points of adjustment: waist, and also adjustable on both R & L sides. It will stretch and/or tighten to whatever is most comfortable for you. The front of the belt is very rigid and stable, so it won't fold due to not having any bracing like my old back brace. I felt an immediate positive difference and it immediately gave me 50% increase in mobility and confidence to move, which will likely increase quickly. It seems to also have an added benefit of improved posture due to forcing my posture upright, which is greatly appreciated. If you have a lower back issue or injury, don't hesitate: get this now. I am not being paid by this company, so this is a completely unbiased review. I wish they were paying me or at least offering me this brace for free!

This is the best back brace I have had. It is very comfortable yet very supportive. Unlike other back braces I have had, the velcro across the waist does not catch on clothing.

Ordered overnight after pulling a back muscle. Helped so much. Good fit and was able to get through work day. Stayed on and didn't slip.

This has really helped with lower back pain from CrossFit and sitting at home all day. I feel more supported and comfortable after using it regularly. Works exactly as I needed it to.

the thickness and width of the belt is so small. The belt has net in between which makes it loose. Also it comes till upper abdomen and cannot reach your lower back. This product can be used for posture correction but not for back pain relief.
