Is there a hole at the bottom so that you can fold it in half, with the hole going on to the hook of hanger?

The ones we have DO NOT have a hole at the bottom for a hanger hook in case you would like to fold it. The zipper goes to the bottom and the bottom is sewn completely across.

Based on experience from storing a garment for months, Did it keep dust out and off the garment?

Absolutely! But one might add a piece of masking tape and wrap that around the hanger-opening to ensure storage-dust cannot enter even through that tiny opening.

Are these bags moth proof. Do they have an opening for a hanger?

I don't know whether it is Moth-proof,but i got 10 pieces ,it behaves well now,Yes there is an opening for each hanger.

Will these keep moths out?
