I am a big believer in this product! I am in my late 30s, and suffice it to say, my skin is no longer as robust and resilient as it was in my early 20s. Years of sunning and an active outdoor lifestyle have taken a toll on my face, especially in terms of leaving dark brown sunspots on my cheeks and nose. I've actually been concerned about how AGED my skin has become over this past year.Since starting Skin Collagen 2.5 weeks ago, I've noticed a significant difference in the glow and the toning of my skin. Because this collagen is ingested, it actually goes to work much more effectively in the body (vs. using a topical skin collagen that only replaces surface level skin collagen). Being in academia myself, I was particularly drawn to the effects demonstrated in the clinical studies on this product! Dermatologists who conducted this study found that participants noticed a reduction in wrinkles, age spots, and improved brightness of skin after using this product for one month. Wow!Last, I am a little bit of a gadget nerd, and I love the handy shaker that comes along with Smarter's product! Like a nutritional shaker, it helps to blend the formula well into water (or whatever beverage you want to add it to). However, it has a handle that helps to stir your drink as you continue to sip through the entire bottle. This is great for smoothies or other drinks that need to be stirred, or iced beverages that need to be cooled down quickly. I have tried other collagen powders in the past, and NONE of them have tasted as good as Smarter's collagen. I think the ones I tried had other types of collagen (like bovine sources, which can be good for other bodily needs and restoration, but to be honest should be left to soups and other savory meals), and Smarter's Blueberry flavor actually tastes like blueberries (because they're naturally part of the antioxidant blend of ingredients!). The collagen is low in sugar, but high on flavor and has been a really refreshing treat during the hot summer months.

I really do notice a difference!My brother is a nutritional scientist and told me to try this product after I complained to him that nothing- collagen powders, bone broth, creams- nothing was helping my skin look any better. I finally gave up hope, and figured all the sun damage I've had over all the years (at 70 I'm still playing tennis every day) - meant my skin was always going to look old and weathered. Boy was my brother right with his recommendation. Oh, it also tastes great, mixes easily, and the protein gives me a boost of energy before I hit the tennis courts every morning. Wish I could say it has improved my game - but my skin sure shows it!

First thing's first, it's a solid collagen supplement because they use marine collagen (and I looked at the company's website that it is sourced from skin and scales). Not only do they have a good collagen source, it also has added lysine, Proline, and Glycine (the amino acids that create collagen), as well as other boosters for collagen production. The only reason I took a star off is that it is sweetened with a sweetener that leaves a very slight aftertaste... very slight. It goes away in a. few seconds, but it's a personal pet peeve to have an aftertaste that reminds me that a sweetener compound is added. So take the one star off with a grain of salt. I still believe over-all that this a a very good product.

I love that Smarter Skin Collagen is easy to use-just add it to water–I used Almond milk, also– and mix. The container it came with made it easy for me to take with me and mix while traveling.Also, It tastes delicious-no powdery taste like some other supplemental mixes. It has become my new morning shake-I just add 1/2 a banana and some extra blueberries-put it in a blender with ice and breakfast is made.Best news is my skin felt softer and looked better after just four days of usage! Wow! I really noticed the difference on my neck and hands. Finally my "slender" hands are puffing up and not looking so wrinkled :-)One of the reasons I chose this product over others was that Smarter Skin Collagen is made with marine collagen instead of cow's hide and guts-yuk! I have food sensitivities and can consume very little meat so this works best. I’m not a very scientific person and I do almost everything by feel and I’m very much into holistic, natural, internal healing and maintenance of health. Never had a surgery in my life either. I have been using Smarter Nutrition Skin Collagen Triple Action Formula for a few weeks now and I really didn’t know what to expect. A friend encouraged me to try collagen because I was complaining of dark circles under my eyes and how tired I was looking. I’m very pleased that this is the first collagen product I tried, no need to try others. Let me start by saying that in two short weeks I have seen improvements and am very pleased. My skin is brighter and firmer, and I look less tired - despite my schedule suggesting I should appear otherwise. And despite the fact that my angular face has “crinkled” around the eyes and smile lines since my early 20s, this is the first product that I’ve used where I noticed the fine lines, that joined those crinkles as I aged, are reduced. My order arrived quickly so I was excited to get started. So I immediately unpacked but there was no mixing cup! I’ve contacted the seller and received no response. This is unfortunate and disappointing!!! This collagen is a little sweet to me but I was guessing on the 10 ounces of water because I didn’t have the mixing cup. I’m sure a part of this product being effective is dependent upon properly consuming and the cup was advertised to accompany this collagen for that purpose. Don’t Expect the Vortex Mixing Cup!!
