Took patients to make it grow put it worked well
Bought for a friend and they said it took a good week to get going and suitable to use but please with it

You need to download the instructions but they are clear and the starter works well, giving excellent results to my gluten free bread. Flavour was excellent.

Did not work for us
We followed all instructions and yet the sour dough would not ferment. Very disappointed - particularly at this high price point. We get sour dough from the local bakery next time for a fraction of the price. I do not recommend

Does not work at all
Do not buy. I am an experienced baker. I followed the instructions to the letter. This starter did not work at all and ended up in the bin. A complete waste of money.

Gluten free doesn't work
Doesn't work at all. Don't waste your money. Beware - the reviews for this product are mostly for the gluten-containing kits. Trawl through them & read the gluten free reviews - wish I had!

Hätte Vorgänger-Rezensionen lesen sollen
Beim Kauf habe ich auf die gute Bewertung geschaut. Ich hätte die Kundenrezensionen lesen sollen. Das Produkt hat in keinem Fall der sogenannten "Spitzenbewertungen" funktioniert, also reine Geldverschwendung. Woher die relativ gute Wertung kommt, ist für mich unersichtlich, geht schon nahe an Betrug. Werde meinen Sauerteig jetzt ohne Hilfe ansetzen.
