I don not take this to mediate pain, nor have I noticed any pain relief from this product. This supplimenint remove damaged tissue, etc. from your body, and does not reduce inflamation. It doesn't mask pain, it finds the source and removes waste and deritria from the body.

Been using this product for few weeks now. It has lessen my back and hip area considerably. Walking and sitting is less stressful now, and normal activity is coming back.The company is a reliable company , the product very good.

I am having a reaction so rare that I cannot find a doctor to treat me. They keep passing me back and forth. My face is forming granulomas and there is a lot of swelling. Simultaneously, my nails began detaching from the nail bed. You’d figure a doctor would intervene….they are all so worried about liability that no one will touch me. It’s been over a month and I’ve had multiple appointments but so far they’ve charged a lot but done absolutely nothing. So I had to try to find a way to calm the swelling and I tired this. It does seem to be helping, especially in tandem with the Cytokine suppress. It isn’t a miracle, but it’s something which is more than any doctor has offered me. In addition to taking these orally I also break open the capsule and apply the oil topically to the affected areas. It smells slightly like fish oil so unless you’re desperate (like me) I’d say skip topical. I have to apply it at night because I don’t want to smell like fish. I’ve seen some improvement. I can’t say if the improvement is from these two supplements (cytokine suppress and this supplement together) or if it’s time or some other factor. Overall I think it is improving my condition so I will continue to take it for several months. Thank you to Life Extension for these supplements at a reasonable price. Similar supplements cost up to $100 for 1 month. This is $21 for a month. None of the other supplements seem to have different ingredients and the only difference I can tell is that one of the more expensive supplements has 1 gram of mediators. It does not specify if it’s a gram of these mediators or a gram of the oil. Either way, they contain the same ingredients. This is the least expensive supplement with these mediators and I am extremely grateful for the low cost as my health conditions have been disabling and I am on a budget. I will continue with both Life Extension supplements and if I see more improvements I will update. For now, these are very promising in studies for all kinds of inflammation. They provide the body with everything it needs for cellular clean up and repair. The results seem to take some time. Since I started taking this, about a week and a half ago, I’ve noticed the swelling is half what it was previously (even though I was taking steroids at that time). I’m not taking steroids anymore but the swelling is still less than when I started. I’d say that’s promising and I will continue to take them.

We purchased this both on the recommendation of my sister-in-law for my wife. She happens to use another (more expensive) brand, but our experience with Life Extension products has been very satisfactory so we purchased their brand (less expensive, but not the least expensive by far).Our sister-in-law has been highly satisfied with her experience with the other brand. However, shortly after my wife began using it, she began developing irritated bumps on both outer edges of her tongue. After a couple of weeks, she discontinued it, and the condition resolved. After several more weeks, she decided to see if it was related to this product or not (hoping it was not), and she restarted this product. Within a very short period the tongue irritation resumed, and she again stopped taking it.Anyone can have an adverse reaction to almost anything at some point, and we're chalking it up to that. That's why we're giving it a 3-star review, recognizing that the majority of users may have excellent results, but that at least in this case, my wife had a distinctively negative reaction. At this point she's not sure if she wants to try another brand or just not take the substance any longer.Again, this is a review of this single product by one user. It is NOT a reflection on our overall long term satisfaction with Life Extension products.
