Very easy installation, the only suggestion would be to match the original wire colors and make sure to note the capacitor connections as well.

Motor went out after around 20 yrs. This replacement was the exact oem fit! Thanks!! Easy to replace too.

Motor is OK as a replacement of the original, and has been in use for several months now, but if your old mounting hardware had rusted (and all 4 nuts snapped the threaded rods when attempted to be loosened) and unusable, you need to buy additional hardware before you can put the replacement motor back in. Buy 4 sets of stainless steel nut washer and spring washer and you'd be much better off if and when you need to take it apart.

Smooth and quite. Perfect fit. Don’t forget to take a picture of capacitor wires before you take off the wires. Took 15 min to change.

The factory motor in my condenser unit ran for 21 years without a problem and finally gave out last September. I purchased this replacement from UR Supply Direct. I had a good friend (licensed HVAC technician for 38 years) install the replacement. It ran for about a month and a half before the cooling season was over. I Just started using the air conditioner again about 3 weeks ago and the motor bearing started constantly screeching. Not even 3 months of use and the motor is no good. I contacted UR Supply Direct for warranty replacement but they want me to send them my friend's personal information. My friend is uncomfortable sharing his personal information with someone he is not familiar with. I let UR Supply Direct know that he was uncomfortable with that and that a defective bearing is a manufacturing defect not something caused by the installer. A defective part will fail no matter who installed it. UR Supply Direct does not want to stand by the products they sell and want you to jump through hoops to possibly get a warranty replacement. If the original motor ran for 21 years the replacement (exact same model number) should run at least a year or more at a minimum. I do not recommend this part or seller due to lack of quality and lack of customer service.

This motor has the same model number of the motor that I was replacing in my very old Ducane AC unit. The new motor looked pretty much identical to the old one except the three wires were smaller diameter, and there was one color difference. The old one had Black, Brown, and Yellow wires, while this new one had Black, Brown, and Red. So I put the red one where the yellow one had been and everything worked perfectly. I added a new capacitor to go along with the new motor.

Replaced fan motor in AC heat exchanger. Works fine.
