My little Humane Society rescue rat terrier has been a Pedigree lover since he started on adult dog food and he is thriving. He is in excellent health and is very active with a good appetite. I gave Pedigree a 5 star rating for flavor even though I have never tasted it. I just watch my dog and try to select the rating that he would give if he could review this product. I believe the quality to be excellent and I have not found another product that is a better value. This works for me and my buddy. He is very special to me and I want to give him the best of everything and that means he gets Pedigree, ALWAYS.

I bought this for my little dog and wasn't sure if he would like it. I saw some good reviews about it and the health benefits for him so I thought I would try it out. Then I setup my HawkCam security camera to watch during the day while I was out of the house working to see if he liked it. When I looked on my iphone, I saw him eating it and it seemed like he was really liking the food. I recorded it to show my wife, too! You never know what is going to happen when you use a new dog food for your pets. I am so happy that I got this one and will definitely be buying again. Rocky (our dog) is getting older and needs a more balanced diet as he isn't as active as he was when he was a pup. Thank you Fedigree.

I should have not have put 5***** for flavor,as I never tasted it. But I took the liberty to do so, since our dogs never really like other brands. Over 30 years of feeding from puppy until adult age :German Shepherd ,Poodle, Heinz 57,& Siberian Huskies that’s saying something . I only wish that the PEDIGREE co. Would bring back the large bite size for large dogs,as they really enjoy chewing it,when they hungry,sometimes they just swallow the whole pieces,as there is lot of tiny kibbles in the “ adult large “ dog bag. Other then thi,we have no complaints

We have tried all other dog foods with my adult dobie. Most of them he nibbled for a couple of days and then would not even go near them. For some reason, he absolutely loves this brand. Never have to coax him to eat it, or bribe him, etc. (You know you do it too!!). He just devours all of it. He does not particularly like the green colored kibbles, but, does not seem to stop him from going at the other ones. Though every dog is different, and so is their tastes, i would definately recommend this to try out at least once, if your pet is as choosy as mine. I think I have found "the one" for mine. At least till a bit more time!

My dogs like this better than the other dry dog foods I have bought for them. I need to check my Gold dog for overweight now (could just be winter fur making her look big). I have a 90 lb lab and what I think is (much) Golden Retriever who was about 70 lb. I figure dogs know what is best for them naturally. I do give my dogs raw beef bones w/ some meat on the bones. They usually ignore the dry dog food until they have their bone. My theory is that the bones clean their teeth & provide excellent nutrition. My idea is that having spoiled their appetite with bone/meat, they will not overeat on dry dog food. If I find that my Gold dog has gotten overweight on this, I may have to stop buying it or cut back & go back to Aldi's, which they will eat, but not with enthusiasm. I do not like the hype in the name. Chicken is not largest ingredient; it does claim some chicken by-products. Biggest ingredient is corn, then it has soy. I do not like saying "Chicken, rice, & vegetable flavor" since that probably means for the deceitful hypster that the chicken means only chicken flavor. (Flavor is put after 3 nouns; so I think many wud assume that flavor just refers to vegetable; but I don't think so.)

I have had many dogs through the years and fed them various diets. Currently I am feeding my rescued pit bull Pedigree. It is formulated for the nutritional needs of all sizes of dogs. It has provided my dog with sustainable nourishment for plenty of energy. It contains plenty of protein and a good amount of fat content. That being said, my dog has proper digestion and no allergies, so he thrives on it. It may not be suitable for all dogs. Marvin the Martian gets the same food every day, divided into a morning meal and an evening meal. He is excited each and every time I put food in his bowl so I am assuming he finds it quite tasty. His coat has a glossy shine to it and he has plenty of energy. He has consumed this food for nearly eight months now and he seems to be doing very well on it. I will also say that the company is a well established one and has always been willing to share any and all information about their ingredients.

Times being what they are, I needed to switch to a cheaper dog food for a little while. I was worried my dog would turn up her nose at lower quality food than she's used to, but omg lol She loves this stuff and gobbles it down. She gets REALLY excited. She likes just about any dog food, but her reaction to this is funny! She really goes crazy for it. What's in this stuff haha That said, I'm not going to always buy it because I prefer to give her better quality food when I can afford to, but I'm happy to know that there's a cheaper dog food she won't feel slighted for having.

I am not sure what I was thinking but I will have dog food for months, my dog is only 13 lbs and this dog food is a 17 lbs bag at a great price I might ad. The shipping was very slow no fault of anyone but the shipper, who said it was delayed because of weather only on that day the weather was fine no snow, it was cold but not snowing I just think they didn't want to drive from point A to point B it is a small town and for one package might not have felt it was worth it. I have bought expensive dog foods but my pup never seem to finish it so I went back to Pedigree she really likes it so everyone is happy.
