It arrived quickly and was carefully packaged: Amazon bag, plastic bag, cloth dust bag, tissue wrapped and more tissue inside the purse. It also included a little signed note telling about the company and workers. The bag itself seems well made, carefully stitched with attention to details. It has just the right amount of pockets to hold my stuff: wallet, keys, hand sanitizer, kleenex, lip balm, emergency meds, phone, readers, sunglasses and a few other misc items. And still, the purse is not bulging. Nice long adjustable strap.
