Excellent quality camera. It is small and portable. Has good zoom function. After many years of use, it is still functional and battery still working, nice product.

The 12.1MP photos come out clear, and the 4x wide-angle zoom is handy for everything from family pictures to outdoor shots. The Digital Steady Shot helps reduce blur, and the 2.7" screen is bright and easy to see. It’s lightweight, easy to use, and perfect for someone who just wants a simple camera without complicated menus. It won’t compete with newer smartphones, but for casual photography or as a backup camera, it does the job really well. Overall, a solid older Sony model that’s reliable, easy to use, and great for everyday pictures.

This crappy camera arrived broken. Every picture has a wad of lines and halos, which no amount of cleaning and reading the manual will fix. What a rip off!!!

This is a nice little simple digital camera with a 4 x zoom. I needed a small camera to carry in my purse or pocket. I do a lot of nature photography and also take photos of church activities. My other Sony - much more sophisticated and with a 15X zoom - is a bit cumbersome to carry around. So far this new one has worked out well. My tip to amateur photographers is always have a camera at hand. You never know when a photo op will present itself.

This camera is amazing! I have had a sony camera before but I recently purchased this one because I broke my other one. This camera is inexpensive for what it does. The videos work well and the pictures come out crystal clear. The camera automatically adjusts its lens to what type of lighting your trying to capture the picture in. You can edit a photo right on the camera before even uploading it to your computer. The sleek matte look makes it look like an expensive camera. I'm a college student and it captures my friends as well as sites around the city

My wife was looking for a small digital camera that she could keep in her purse and the Sony DSC310 is perfect. We had previously seen this little camera on sale at Sam's Club. When we went back to buy it, it was no longer on sale. We asked if they would honor the sale price, even though it was just a day or two past the sale date, and they would not. Went to Amazon.com and not only did we find it for the sale price that Sam's had offered, but got it with no sales tax and free shipping. She has been very happy with the quality of the pictures she has taken so far.
