Poor product
There are two sets of toe spreaders. One fits over the toes encircling them the other has inserts in between with a bottom rail. The over the toe pair is actually thicker on the top and bottom than the spacers in between which is puzzling as the whole idea is to separate the toes. It also makes wearing footwear uncomfortable and is ultimately pointless. The in between spaces are better but difficult to wear with socks or footwear and they do not stay in between toes for any given length of time. Don't waste your money on these there are other better models on the market.
