It works just as great as other devices that cost several hundred dollars. The complaints about it being fragile are kind of silly to me. Considering the fact you know it's made of glass, of course it's fragile. As long as you are careful while using it will last for a while. I bought it for my scalp to help my hair grow. I could feel it working after the first use. I have some head trauma and lost feeling on a certain part of my scalp. After the first use, I could feel tingling in that area. After several uses I began to feel more sensation like itching, tingling and could even feel my fingers when touching the area. It's still too early to tell if there is significant hair growth, as I've only had it for 2 months. I've used it on my face too and saw immediate results. Firmer and tighter looking skin, smaller pores and a healthy glow. My recommendation would be to start off with a lower setting and work your way into a higher one. If you go full blast right away it may be painful or cause redness and discomfort. It's zapping your skin, so you have to adjust it to your tolerance. If you've been looking at the Vortex wand, get this... It's an excellent value for the money and 1/10th of the cost.

The product was working well up to 5 months and it stopped working. Product work as intended saw significant improvement on area applied will recommend as anything electronic can go bad. However, customer service was excellent by email and since issue could not be resolved. They have agreed to send me a replacement. Let’s hope no issues this time, regardless hope customer service level remains the same.

Great product. Works great. Reduces pimples and the pain of them. I highly recommend. And it’s a great price.

It works properly it’s not very powerful as I’ve had in the past.. if it were able to carry a stronger current it would have better results

It seems ok but I could not tell yet if it works on my problem areas in my hair or wrinkles.The comb part arrived broken but was replaced when I called the company. Price is more affordable than the others.

I was 1 day outside if return window and my wand has completely stopped working. Used about 4x totally. Love the wand but why did it stop working ?? So trusted. Tumakou please help

Powerful and will help your face be less inflamed almost immediately! Gotta have a pain tolerance though, I won’t lie.

So far so good! Bought as a birthday gift for myself and was impressed with the quality (coated safety prongs on the plug, decent weight and glass attachments fit securely! At half intensity, it was almost *too* intense with the small round tip focused on my acne spots/scars (and I have a high pain threshold). It definitely feels like it’s doing something lol.I was able to dial it up to 3/4 intensity for the larger mushroom attachment over larger parts of my face with tissue wrapped around the head for smooth gliding. Really happy with the purchase thus far; it pays to research drop shippers and spend half the price from the source lol
