Wow, am I overstating what I say life changing? Sorry about the picture, disgusting I know, but important for you to see what the mop can do. I only just mopped with my standard mop and bucket using special cleaner for our stone floor and as the Speed Mop had just arrived thought it would be a good experiment to remop once the floor had dried completely. I was so impressed with what the Flash mop got up. I am pretty OCD about mopping the floor throughly and would never have expected this result. So, post dinner every night I now speed mop the kitchen and dining area, where a bucket and mop takes c. 30 minutes for the whole process, getting the bucket filled with warm water, cleaning solution, mopping then emptying & cleaning the bucket etc, the speed mop takes 6 minutes to get out, fit the cloth, mop and dispose. Brilliant. I really hesitated to purchase the SM after reading the negative reviews. The cloths are whet when you take them from the initial supply, but you soon work out a method to avoid drips, the mop itself is light, but you don’t need to scrub the way you do with a traditional mop, you literally just run it over the floor slowly, I do go over the same area once after the solution has a chance to loosen to oils etc, but it is a light mop and gets it clean with that. I still use my old mop every once in a while, but not sure it’s really needed now. I do mop every evening now, it’s easy and looks so much better, the cost is higher than using the bucket and mop but very affordable when you consider how much cleaner the floor looks and feels so not really a consideration. Our downstairs is c. 600 square feet, all stone and to do the whole area I use two pads, I only do that twice a week and the kitchen every day, so the cost is less than £25 ever 2 months, not much when your house feels so much cleaner. For just the kitchen the cost would half in a house where you only had to do the kitchen. Conclusion, get one, it’s brilliant and you will love it!

Quick and easy to use and smells good

I’ve always had a normal mop and bucket and to be quite honest I hate them. Once you’ve used them a few times they never look clean even if you put the head through the washing machine and they smell funny. Anyway when I saw this I was definitely keen to give it a go. It’s very easy to put the mop handle together. The four pieces just slot into each other. You get 4 packs of cloths with three in each bag and two boxes of cloths with 24 in each so plenty to go at. The cloths are really wet which is great and fit easily into the mop head. You just push the four corners into the star shaped slots....mind your fingers are they really grip tight. Then you are ready to clean your floor. After you’ve done the cloth just goes in the bin. I’ve found it removes even stubborn marks and leaves the floor really clean. I’ve knocked one star off as the handle is not the sturdiest. I don’t know why they don’t make mop handles strong. If you lean hard on this it will snap but luckily I’ve found marks are removed without having to apply too much weight behind the handle. I have to say I’m very happy I bought this as it does a great job , takes up less room than a standard mop and I have nice clean floors. The refill cloths are easy to find and not too expensive unless you are constantly mopping. Obviously the one thing it won’t do is mop up spilt water. So if you fancy a cleaner and quicker solution to floor mopping I’d recommend you give this a go.

I love everything about the Flash Speedmop. It is ultra-lightweight. It comes with a zillion Flash sodden wipes in resealable packs which include an abrasive strip to help remove ingrained dirt and are easy to apply. In no time, it cleans, sanitises and leaves surfaces gleaming with a beautiful aroma. Surfaces include mirror, floor and wall tiles. I saw the mop advertised and ordered one as soon as possible to replace various mops I have collected over the years which I have to wash after use. I like the fact that I can throw away the wipe ensuring all traces of dirt and bacteria are gone. My only suggestion is that the makers sell the pole bits independently so that the mop can be extended. Even without the option to extend, this product is perfect. Post-pandemic keeping our homes clean is going to be a priority. This Speedmop easy-peasy cleaning aid has come at the right time. Great price too.

I had read online that you can get this mop much cheaper elsewhere but with this deal you get the mop, two huge boxes of floor wipes and also a couple of smaller packets of wipes so more than enough. Everything came in a solid box. The mop is very easy to assemble, just fit the poles together. When opening the box, be careful as there is a lot of liquid in the boxes to keep the cloths wet. Some of mine went on the floor, well, that was ok as I just used it to mop the floor with! The most difficult bit is ‘fixing’ the cloth to the mop. Basically, you wrap the cloth round and push it into the holes on the top of the mop to keep it in place. The mop is very easy to use and the cloths you just throw away, seems a bit of a waste but there you go. The mop itself is very light weight and moves around the floor easily and is easy to get into difficult corners. Would really recommend. Makes light work of cleaning the floor.

Tired of trying to clean or replacing dirty mop heads , so this is a very good solution . Its very easy and quick to put on the cleaning wipes which pick up the dirt very well and leave a nice fresh lemony smell. There is a built in hard edge on the head to scrub persistent marks . The wipes come in a resealable plastic box so they don’t dry out at all , i don’t use it on the sealed ceramic tiles however as i have been told it may damage the sealant layer , but happy to use it on laminate wooden floor as it’s not too wet and dries quickly ,also ok to use on vinyl , all in all an excellent product

Excellent for cleaning floor and wall tiles. Forget the negative reviews, drip water etc.. Fit cloths to mop head while cloths in box or wrapper, add handles to length required and away you go. Easy to use, light weight, gets into all awkward areas, cleans no problems, Stubborn stains, turn mop over and use the green edge to remove stain. Great piece of kit, keeps my kitchen ,toilet and bathroom very clean and smelling fresh. Great for ceramic tiles and laminate.

Good things about this mop are that is is very light and can be stored in a small space when the handle is taken apart and is very easy to reassemble. The cleaning solution seems very effective, smells nice and cleans the floor well. The wet wipes are very wet and drippy when just out of the packet but do become dry quite quickly. Initially the mop moves well over the floor but as it dries it flips over and I found I could only use it with the sides top and bottom and not the conventional way. The wipes become detached or move quite regularly too. You don't get a lot of cleaning from each wipe so it could end up expensive. I will keep it for now as I have only used it twice but may end up returning it.
