These are a good variety of buffing pads at a good price.

I did a full two-stage correction on my minivan. It had lived in Hawaii for 4 years and was covered in horrible water spots + swirl marks. I used 3D One polish, and a 12v cordless DA, so a fairly cheap setup. I performed a test to determine which pads to go with; in my case, the water spotting was so bad that I required the yellow (hardest pad). Because I used this pad, the job had to be a two-stage, so I finished with the white. They performed really well. I do wish the yellow was a bit firmer, but it did the job. They glided over the paintwork well...some pads tend to get bogged down and try to force your direction a little, but I didn't have that problem with these. I have so far washed them out twice with warm water and dish soap, and so far they have held together well. I think -- especially for the price -- it's difficult to give these any less than 5 stars. If they were more pricey they may have lost a start due to the yellow not being super-firm, but for your average Joe, these do a great job. Before and after photos included.

They don't the job decent quality bought a few sets. Can't beat the price

Got a hercules orbital buffer from harbor freight as a birthday gift a while ago and needed something for beginners that would be safe on my cars paint incase I made a mistake. These pads work as described and not aggressive compared to the pro stuff. It will take maybe 2 or 3 times longer to polish paint vs using what the pros use. I'd say it's safe for beginners.

The orange pad and ceramic polishing compound took care of a scratched up NEW glass top stove. Can’t even tell where scratches were. Now I’m going to use them on my truck. They worked great.

Honestly not too bad if you’re looking for some pads for a one time use. I managed to compound and polish my truck once before the black polishing pad just blew up. Literally. I was on the last panel when the foam started feeling hollow and shortly after it shredded itself on my polisher. However it did the job, and did it decently well. You get two hard pads, two soft pads, and one finishing/polishing pad. They come with Velcro on the back, making it easy to just slap on a polisher and get to work. Honestly a decent value for what you get. Not reusable though, hard to get the polishing compound off the pad, and the Velcro starts peeling off the foam after a polishing one vehicle. Very satisfied how it left my paint looking fresh nevertheless.

Fit well and stay on.
