It went as planned! The powder is very vibrant but washes off easily! I saw some reviews saying it didn't stay closed, this wasn't a problem for us. The ball does pop open easily if you squeeze the sides but if you hold a football hpw you normally would before punting it there is no problem! I expected it to just pop open but the ball actually exploded! That wasn't an issue for us, it made the reveal a little more exciting! 😁

I wanted to surprise my boyfriend with the gender of our baby and he's really into football so I saw this on pintrest and decided to give this a try. It was amazing! I did have to tape the side because the powder would fall out if the football was moved around so I had to be careful that he didn't see the powder before kicking it. I took the tape off before he kicked it and he said it did hurt a little because he though he had to kick it hard. Just a heads up make sure the person kicking it isn't wearing super brand new shoes because the powder will get on the shoe. It does seem like the powder comes off but my boyfriend wanted to keep them that way as a memory. One half of the football broke but its okay we are still keeping it as a memory. I would recommend and would definitely purchase again if we were to have another baby. This was the best way to do it and we couldn't be happier.

We loved this for our gender reveal. It's a fun idea and made the moment extra special! We did have to tape the football shut to really secure the powder inside, but once we did it worked great and created a nice cloud of color when it was kicked. Three boys already, and it was such a fun way to reveal a girl! The ball is non-transparent and closes firmly so the surprise really stays a surprise until the big moment.

Used this for my gender reveal. It’s extremely small compared to a regular football. My sister also put tape of the sides to ensure it couldn’t come apart before the kick. Powder is very vibrant and spread beautifully. After the kick this thing was in pieces. Oh it will also get all over the kicker’s sneaker & leg.

Used this for my brother’s Footballs or Pom Pom's Gender Reveal. The appearance and color of the ball is spot on, but the quality could be better. We had to hold the ball tight and tape the sides so the color didn’t come out. It made it not the easiest to use, but we had so much fun in the process.

It’s served it’s purchase however it’s not as sturdy as it should be to hold the powder inside I had to put small pieces of tape on the seal to make sure it didn’t open on its own in transit or just by handling it during the time of the revel because it’s very easy to open does not have a snug closure. If that could be fixed and well as having a stand to kick the ball off I created my own stand for my friends reveal do the ball can be kicked off.

This order was horrible. The football would not stay together and kept opening which made a huge mess. Once the powder got on my hands (from not staying closed) it would not come off for 2 days even with washing them non stop. I had to hide in my car and could not be there for the reveal or everyone would of seen the blue powder on my hands and clothes.It also got all over my car just by me pulling it out of the box. I was so disappointed in this product and would advice purchasing something else. I had to give this 1 star to submit but this product should get negative stars. Horrible and a huge waste of money. Ruined the fun for me at the reveal and what a huge mess to clean up. Took 3 washes to get the powder off my floor mat and 2 days of scrubbing to get the powder off my hands.
