I started detox baths : 1 cup epsom salt, 1 cup bentonite clay, 1 cup baking soda, 1/4 cup distilled white vinegar. In all seriousness, smoke was coming out of my pores and I smelled of smoke. I had to change my clothes daily and wash them immediately. This protocol took about 15 months to thoroughly detox my body from the fire. It's the best detox to heal yourself.Update: Good detox for black mold too. Experienced mold infested kitchen and bathroom from an unresolved leak. My health rapidly declined. Began bath detox with activated charcoal beverages. Mold was coming out of my pores. Our skin is our bodies largest organ.Side note: Bentonite clay needs ACV to activate.Every six months it's a good idea to detox the armpits because it's linked to good lymphatic flow. Mix 1:1 ratio baking soda and vinegar. Mix until it forms a paste and apply to the armpits for 15 minutes.
