Two sizes included. Not a HUGE difference between the two sizes, but one is definitely more substantial than the other to hold toes apart more firmly. They work well to separate toes and help ease future bunion problems. My toes aren't bad so I'm not needing to correct a severe issue. But these help position toes in better alignment temporarily, while wearing them. Maybe even improving long term. I wouldn't wait and depend on these for severe crooked bunions. And it's good to start for short intervals and increase time wearing for comfort and adjustment.

These toe spreaders are great. I have tried braces on my bunion as well as sleeves and so far this is the best. I can visibly see some improvement after three days of 30 min treatments twice a day. They may not prevent having bunion surgery but if I can at least decrease the pain a bit.

This kit contains two types of spacers. I've been using I've set for a few months and I've found the quality to be good. Other reviews mentioned treating but I haven't experienced that. I am careful when I'm placing and removing them though. I noticed a difference in my toe alignments within 15 minutes.

They’re ok... I tried to wear them to bed but they were too uncomfortable and cut off circulation. I tried to wear them with my shoes and it was a no go as well. Great idea, but you can’t wear them for very long.

After buying different kinds of these products because of having a bunion, these are Great price for 2 set and easy to use and really great separation of the toes and so comfortable to wear.

It didn't do anything, totally waist of time

I am very surprised at the effectiveness of these toe spacers and how much they are improving my balance, stability and knees. They are very worthwhile to try and see if they help you and reduce your bunions over time!!! Highly recommend! Thank you!

These were recommended for my elder mom by her Orthopedic surgeon. She will also try physical therapy to avoid surgery. She has hammer toe on one foot and 'crossover toe' on the other. She started out wearing them for 30 min a day but now wears them all day and they have provided relief to the foot pain she had. They also hold the crossing toe in place so it does not rub on shoes or her big toe. This gave her confidence to pursue the physical therapy. She has felt such relief that she plans to wear daily the rest of her life to avoid surgery and regain a more solid/healthy walking gait. The physical therapist agrees. The only downside to this is that the product came with 2 sizes which is wasteful. I feel it would be better to provide an online/customer service sizing chart. I'd like to send the unused pair back for another pair she can use.

Conoscevo già i separatori per le dita e ne cercavo un paio nuovi, vedendo che con questi ne venivano forniti due di diversa tipologia ho scelto questi per provarli. BENEFICI E UTILIZZO: I benefici dei separatori di dita sono molteplici, in quanto avere delle dita che fanno ben presa sul terreno aumenta la stabilità e rinforza la muscolatura del piede, contrastando l'effetto delle scarpe comuni che invece vanno a stringere il piede e causare vari problemi al piede e di conseguenza agli arti inferiori ed al corpo intero. Usare i separatori per dita permette di abituare il piede ad una corretta posizione, facendo funzionare la muscolatura del piede come dovrebbe e di conseguenza rinforzandola. Potete utilizzarli la notte per un uso passivo o di giorno camminandoci attivamente ed ottenendo benefici maggiori. Chi è abituato a portare scarpe strette potrebbe sperimentare dolori durante i primi utilizzi, in quanto le dita non sono abituate a stare in quella posizione. Non preoccupatevi, le dita dei piedi sono pensate per stare ben larghe e fare presa sul terreno come si fa quando si spinge con una mano, quindi non con le dita attaccate ma ben larghe e separate. Vedrete che in breve tempo le vostre dita si abitueranno, a seconda della gravità della condizione che le scarpe strette vi hanno causato, e non proverete più alcun dolore durante l'utilizzo. Se tenete alla salute dei vostri piedi fate anche degli esercizi appositi che potete trovare sul web per aumentare ancora di più l'efficacia di questi separatori. Hab inzwischen drei verschiedene Paare bzw. Ausführungen. Nicht alles ist für sämtliche Fußformen mit diversen Längen, Breiten, Fehlstellungen, etc. geeignet. Da muß man selbst aktiv werden und suchen. Denn das sind immer Einheitsgrößen bis auf die extrem teuren correcttoes (die gibt es mittlerweile in 4 Größen ) und zusätzlich soll man sie mit der Schere auf die eigenen Bedürfnisse hin optimieren. Aber die sind aus viel härterem Material als diese hier. Also auch nichts für jeden Fuß. Anfangs konnte ich nur die eine Sorte für jeweils 15-20 Minuten meinen Füßen zumuten. Fußgymnastik, Massage, etc. haben zusammen mit einem koninuierlichen Herantasten die Tragezeit auf mehrere Stunden erhöht. Jetzt sind meine Füße soweit, dass sie das andere Paar anfangen zu tolerieren. Geht nun auch immer besser. Ist mein Hallux valgus weg? Nein, das wird er auch nicht, da er durch Jahrzehnte langes falsches Schuhwerk längst zu einem strukturellen und damit tief sitzendem Problem geworden ist. Machen die Spreizer dann überhaupt Sinn? Ja, das können sie wenn man sie richtig einzusetzen weiß. Dann sind sie ein Puzzlestein auf dem Weg zu mehr Beweglichkeit und weniger Schmerz im Fuß und Großzehengrundgelenk. Die unabdingbare Basis für mich war und ist seit diesem Sommer Barfußlaufen in Haus und Garten. Und muß ich Schuhe tragen, dann nur Minimal bzw. Barfußschuhe mit weiter sehr weiter Zehenbox, idealerweise so, dass ich mit den Zehenspreizern darin bequem Platz finde. So getragen oder barfuß machen die spreader den größten Sinn! Wenn ihr wirklich achtsam mit euren Füßen umgeht, dann werdet ihr nichts mehr falsch machen und ihr werdet selber wieder spüren lernen was ihnen gut tut.
