Works well and so easy, and can reuse what's left in tube for next time!. Don't shampoo until 48-72 hours after use. Left on grey roots for approximately 30 minutes minutes on my fine light brown hair. Using for years!

I used this the first time , followed the directions to the T and even left it on longer as suggested for stubborn grays. This did nothing to cover one single grey hair! The 2nd time I used it I left it in even longer than suggested, 10 min longer, it didn’t cover any grey hairs. I’ve never had an issue with any hair dye. This product is absolutely worthless. Don’t waste your money!!! I am baffled considering this is a good brand. I know they’re are random sellers on Amazon so it’s either a counterfeit product or the product is completely ineffective. Not happy!!! Don’t buy!!!!

Honestly, I have alt hair (an earthy green) and this works just perfect to use as my 'cheap-girl shadow root' tool, LOL! The light brown isn't jarring at all and I just take a clean dye brush and sort of dry-brush the dye down the hair shaft from the root after I applied with the attached brush, it smudge-fades any harshness, which there rly never is w this color anyways- it's goof proof for me. I have used it on both wet and dry hair and found no difference, I just make sure I prep w a clarifying wash prior. I leave on for an hour and it definitely covers my greys too!

When I first started using this I did not follow the directions and washed my hair after application. It did nothing to color my roots. I finally decided to read the directions and it states apply to wet hair but do not shampoo. So shampoo first, apply color, then rinse out. It lasts at least 5 washing for me if I apply per directions and leave on 15 minutes.

Doesn't cover gray as well as the more permanent Root Touch Up product (I only got this because Amazon wouldn't ship the Root Touch Up to a locker location because apparently it's a "hazardous substance" 🤔). But I do like that whatever portion of the product is not used can be saved for later.

I have been using this product for YEARS. The last time i bought it was 2 years ago and I just finished the bottle- it lasts a long time and is still effective on the last application. I have more hair than your 5 favorite people combined. This works VERY well.Tips:-shower and wash your hair before applying.-apply to damp hair-prep forehead and ears with coconut oil (or any oil your skin likes) to avoid staining-leave in for 20 min.-rinse off-do not wash hair for at least 2 days afterIt lasts me about 2 months per application.

East to use. Cover up roots in between coloring. No mess.

What a bummer! I was so excited about this root touch-up, especially because the application was so easy (no mixing!). Sadly, it was a complete fail for covering my greys. I even left the product on for extra time, definitely more than 30 minutes, hoping for the best. After washing and blow drying my hair, it looked exactly as it did before I even started. Such a let down considering the user friendly application. I was really hoping this was my new go-to root touch up.
