My boys love this they like some way better than others like they like the duck one go figure. I don’t think they’ve ever had duck anything in their life, but it’s expensive. I will only buy a box once in a while, and it will be a special treat.

The texture is not great. It slides out of package in one gross clump.On the other hand,my cat liked it after I added some warm and made it a smooth yogurt like texture for her. She is 18 years old and she is worth spending more on.

My 21yr old Bootsie still likes variety & I like the convenience of these packets. I had sworn off packets after getting frustrated with the "standard" ones that took cutting open before actually getting it all out & no matter how much digging & scraping, seemed wasteful, especially when the packets are quite tiny. Besides, there was never one to really suit his taste buds for very long. He is rather frail but eats like every meal will be his last & @ his age I suppose it very well could be. He was a stray, dumped in a field with a brother who was adopted, both approx 6 weeks old - so he's a very special guy- I'm trying my best to keep him happy & eating well. The Core Tiny Tasters are perfect & plenty for his between big meal snacks & he seems to always eat all of the food; Chicken & Turkey & Chicken flavors, so I assume the "taste" is fine by the results of the empty bowl. Besides not smelling like sun baked road kill- the product slides out of the packet in a one whole piece that I chop up - so no leftovers to dig & scrape or cut open packet in total frustration! The quantity & quality of food for the price, REAL convenience & number of packets in carton- & the fact he likes it better than any of the less & more expensive ones he's had- this is a good deal for my little old man. I certainly can't afford to feed him this as a daily, main meal- besides, he gets bored quickly of the same thing- as most kitty people know that issue. I have 3 other young strays, born of a feral mama & I sometimes offer this food as a treat however they seem to be consistent kibble munchers periodically eating the canned food they have available daily & this is a good variety alternative. This was my second order & I'm placing another one today for a couple boxes this time. I guess that sums up my & my Bootsie's approval & obvious recommendation. Also, all have arrived in fine shape & in the time promised. Happy customers, indeed.

Not the same. I don't know what they've done to this product but it doesnt smell the same and my cat that used to eat this completely and wanted more, barely eats 1/4 of it now. Hard to pinpoint the smell it has now but it's not pleasant. Almost chemical like or sulphur? Not sure but I'm done with it cause cat is the boss.

The formula/recipe has changed. My 2 cats have eaten these packets of food for the last 6 years but in the last 6 months or so it’s been giving them major issues, causing a lot of vomiting and some very soupy poops. We introduced these packets in the fish flavors which have been fine. Will be phasing these out of their diets entirely, now that we’ve pinpointed the issue.
