The Tilswall Customer Service folks jumped through multiple hoops to please this almost-80 year old bewildered grump. I ordered and received the Scrubber late November of last year. After a month or so after contending with Thanksgiving and preparing for Christmas I decided to put it to use. Low and behold I determined that I was missing part of the handle. I fired off an email to Tilswall. I received a quick reply gently informing me that I had to push on part of the handle into another part and then I could extract the 'hidden' handle. I sent a meek 'Thank you'. Then in January, well past the return window, I actually gritted my teeth and tried to use the Scrubber. It would run for three minutes then die. Hrmmph! I would charge it again, and again it would last for a couple of minutes. After repeating this a few times it refused to start after charging. Again I wrote to Tilswall essentially saying their Scrubber battery sucked. They replied immediately asking me exactly what happened. I was preparing to do battle. They asked me for my Amazon Order Number. Being the nimble, albeit aged, computer whiz that I thought I was, searched high and low through Amazon trying to figure out the Order Number. I could find no such thing. I told them. They pointed me to my Order Page. I looked and could see no number. This went back and forth. (In retrospect I am positive that they gathered around my agent shaking their heads thinking, 'What an idiot.') Every email that I received from them was kind and gentle essentially saying that I needed to look at the Order Page. Finally, I am sure veiled frustration, told me to send them a screen shot of my order page. (They were essentially saying that if was that dense they would find the Order Number for me.) Ha! I would show them. I did the screen shot. Crap! When I looked at the page I saw the Order Number at the top of the page. Since my order was for multiple items they did not include the number for each item (which is where I looked) but instead at the top: One Order Number for multiple items. Embarrassed I sent the screen shot. I pretty much dreaded the expected reply. To my surprise they said that they were sending me a new Scrubber. Today I received it and it worked great. The Tilswall Customer Service Agent showed incredible patience with me. Although this was well outside the return window they were intent on providing me with a new machine. It took multiple emails simply because of my stupidity. All the agent wanted was the Order Number so they could send me a new Scrubber, and I fought them all the way. Sigh... Thanks Tilswall.

Cleaning generally and in particular, the scrubbing of bathrooms and getting on your knees becomes more difficult as you get into your fifties. My husband saw this tool and thought we would try it out. Pros: We like it generally. It is particularly useful for quick maintenance of face basins, tubs and bathroom tiles. All the brush attachments will help you do that. Easy to assemble and disassemble. Love the fact that it extends so that you can maintain an upright posture. Easy to clean. Not sure yet about the battery life during continuous use. Did not see that in the material. However I have used it over 30 minutes already and it was not fully charged. Cons: This is not for commercial use. When I attempted to apply some pressure to remove stubborn build up, the motor stopped. Happened several times. I wish that you could plug the battery unit directly into the motor unit so that you get some action like a hand held drill. I wished the motor was more powerful and had several settings to raise the rpm further. Maybe a larger scrubbing brush 8-10" for doing floors generally. Conclusion.: All in all, not a bad product.

I've had this scrubber over five years and it is by far the best purchase I've ever made on Amazon. It's still going strong and makes cleaning the bathtubs, walls, and floors so much easier.

It makes it a bit easier ti clean bathroom but dont expect it to really scrub your tiles hard enough. I use it in combination with a good foaming cleaner and let the product soak i. This will do an overal good cleaning but you will still need to work your elbows for stubborn mess to clean like soap scum.

This Tilswall electric spin scrubber did a decent cleaning job of cleaning the grey dirt in my tile grout. Much easier and faster than a manual grout scrubber. I can’t rate this tool for grout dirtier than what I posted. It’s an easy assembly out of the box. You must fully charge it first, about 3-4 hours. Also clean small areas at a time. Pre wet the grout lines with your cleaning product to penetrate the grout before you start scrubbing. Do not submerge the scrubber head beyond the top of the bristles . I used a long handled microfiber flat head mop to absorb the residue and rinsed it a few times as I went along. Only apply light pressure as you’re scrubbing to keep it where you need it. It is only 220 rpm but it did an excellent job for my cleaning needs. The multipurpose brush heads are of medium stiffness. Not so soft as to collapse. Im hoping for longevity of this scrubber. First two photos are pre scrubbed grout; third photo is after scrubbing with the spin scrubber.

You are better off with a cleaning drill attachment and good cleaning paste… trust me. Cons: - bought this in 2021 and have had issues removing attachment heads since day 1. The pictures show what happened the first time I attempted removing an attachment head. The triangular piece that each head is supposed to stick to completely snapped. I had to gorilla glue just to get it to accept the attachment pieces again. - the grey head pictured is just one of the damaged heads since Ive struggled to remove each one every single time. I’m telling you I spend a good day or two giving up back and forth just to switch these out. -in order to get a true deep clean, I found myself still pushing on the stick and brush to effectively clean grout and a simple shower pan. Defeated the purpose of an automatic wand if you ask me. - tends to kick back in corners or off shower walls since it is extremely motor heavy Pros: none I decided to throw in the towel and finally put this in the garbage. It is not worth it at all.

This things has seriously saved my back. I scrubbed all my walls in my house with it and they came out great. I like to clean my shower and bathtub with it and it really does a great job and takes less time and effort than getting on my hands and knees to clean the tub and crawling all over inside the tub to clean the shower walls. It's also great for stovetops and sinks. Basically anywhere that needs to be scrubbed down. It really is amazing. Wish I would have bought it sooner. The only drawback is that sometimes the folding mechanism folds down when I don't want it to and the battery life could be longer.

Um produto que facilita a minha limpeza de mosaicos e azulejos do duche. Para só podia ter dias opções uma com cabo (como tem) e outro com uma pequena pega para usar com uma só mão.

First impression: its a nifty product that solves a common household problem! Its well-designed, portable, and easy to use. It runs for about 2-hours on a single charge which is sufficient for me. I suggest you use it with a 'heavy-duty' cleaner (e.g. Magic Grout Cleaner) for max effectiveness. It saves you a lot of scrubbing for sure. The lack of replacement brushes is a real concern which I hope the manufacturers will address asap.

Leider läßt sich die Griffstange nicht abkoppeln bzw.ganz zusammenschieben ,daher zu klobig und zu unhandlich. Für meinen Bedarf daher ungeeignet.

I was tired of getting on my hands and knees to scrub the shower tiles. I bought this product in the hope it would live up to its marketing information. I'm delighted to say it is excellent. Without much effort from me, the tiles and the grout are looking the best they have been since we moved into our 15 year old house one year ago.

Unica pecca che lo trovo un po pesantino per me viste le mie problematiche, ma ho visto che altri sembravano con la prolunga troppo flessibile e questo invece mi dà il senso di robustezza. Cmq fa bene il suo lavoro, può essere usato per i punti critici del bagno, lavanderia, e altri locali dove si arriva con difficoltà a pulire, tipo dietro water e bidè senza inginocchiarsi.
