Love everything about this product. Works just as promoted

On the surface this flat iron appears perfect; light attractive, cordless and compact. Unfortunately it doesn’t heat up enough to have any effect whatsoever. I do not have thick or difficult hair, I simply need a straightener to give my already fairly straight fine hair a smooth finish. It gets only slightly more than Luke warm, the iron portion does not not smoothly on your hair and the buttons are finicky. It’s difficult to find the perfect combination of pressure and length of time depressing the power button to have it turn on. I’m not technically disadvantaged, but the controls are I’ll designed. I would not recommend this product.

I bought this for my Daughter who is 35 years old for her trip to New York the end of November. When she got home she told us it was a joke and wouldn't even heat up! Sad thing is I bought 2 of them...one for her and one for my daughter in law I'm holding for Christmas. Bummer because I don't even want to give the other one to my daughter in law since there a joke. I need to try to see how to return them for a refund but I'm not holding my breath on that.....

It did not get hot enough to straighten my daughter's hair. She is a ball player and was looking for something cordless to have at school since they practice in the middle of the school day. It was a waste of money.
