Q: What did you use to hang on a cement wall?

I didn't hang mine on a cement wall - but if I did need to, I would probably buy the 3m hanging tabs for hanging pictures that will attach to cement and still be able to remove when done.

Q: Can this top part of this curtain be put inside background stand instead of tape? Does it come like that?

No you would have to tape it against a wall but its not full as the pic you may need to order two in order to get the fullness.
