Expensive but worth the price
I could be in the worst mood, and then I’ll take these and feel totally better! It works better than my prescription anxiety medication. If you take too many it can make you tired. I love these. I just wish it was a little cheaper, lol. But in this case you get what you pay for, And feeling good as priceless!

It Actually Works
My acupuncturist recommended these, because I tend to overthink. I initially believed it was just some snake oil, but decided to try anyway. Holy smokes. They don't make me tired, but they do stop my mind from racing in a million different directions. I have no idea what is in them, but if anxiety and overthinking are issues, I definitely recommend these. With over 3,000 of history, I am starting to see the value in Traditional Chinese Medicine.

Worked well for me
This worked very good for my tachycardia. Sometimes I have a lot of irregular heart beats and this seemed to help that. The only thing I didn't like was the cost. It is pretty costly. I wish it was a little more affordable. I also gave this to my son who is in college for occasional anxiety. He said it seemed to help him too. I would purchase this product again....especially if the prices comes down. I really liked it.
