I got heatstroke and ended up in bed for 3 days just drinking water, this messed up my guts, flushed out the good bacteria and when i started eating properly again, eeek it was agony! I used something else before and had little confidence in this. But this actually works faster and better. It’s only been a few days but I like what I’m seeing.

Gives some relief though don’t numb discomfort as much as I’d like sometimes. That said, does help to a degree. Efficacy May depend on individual circumstances to be fair. This is based on my personal experience- obviously!

I have had problems with very painful hemeroids for most of my adult life, and now in my mid 70s. I have tried just about everything, including prescription cream. I saw the good reviews about Germoloid. So I've tried it. Absolutely brilliant stuff. It really works, I now don't have any problems with my hemeroids at all. But I always put a drop on every time I've been to the loo, even after a bath or shower. And it comes in a large tube. I now don't live in fear of the hemeroids flaring up.
