Cratosfit Thigh Toner & Master Exercise Your Thighs and Hips with Instructions

This is the only piece of workout equipment I took with me on a recent 2 week trip to Vietnam. I exercise every day and I needed something lightweight and effective to travel with. I was 100% happy with the results. I was able to use it on both my thighs and arms daily. It was easy to use in a hotel room or any location. I stayed fit... didn't gain a pound. Very happy with this product.

My sister had one of these thigs back in the day (thigh master) and I broke it with my thighs lol! However, I always loved using it while I watched tv just to tone my thighs. So, for nostalgia, I bought this cheaper version. I just recently started getting really lazy, but have always been into fitness and working out. I press moderately heavy weights with my legs, so usng this toner is the easiest thing in the world. However, since I have been lazy, I got it for when I am sitting around...it's a good way to keep my thighs toned and get my blood flowing while sitting on the sofa. I use it standing in a squat position too which actually works the sides of my butt and my thighs.This is a lot smaller than the one my sister had, but it serves its purpose. It would be a great workout for those with weak muscles or low strength or for physical therapy of some sort. It's good maintenance for a recent slacker like myself too lol! It's a good buy!

Total rip-off. It's a very poor imitation of the original Susan Sommers device. This thigh toner is so light you don't even feel you have something between your thighs. Sneaks out every time you try to work out with it, and once you try harder, you are afraid it can break anytime you exercise. Yes, it's quite inexpensive comparing to original device but the quality of materials is so poor, you immediately see, it's made somewhere in China where the word 'quality' doesn't exist. Do not buy it. Spend a bit more and buy original Susan Sommers toner.

Feels like its going to break every time I use it. When I squeeze the device, the plastic looks like its going to give way.

It gets the job done, but it is a little painful if not carefully positioned. But, after playing around with it for a while, I have found the sweet spot that allows me to feel the burn without the stabbing pain of the metal bars on my legs. The foam could be thicker, but then the price probably would have been higher. I don't use it everyday, but for those days that I just don't feel like going outside or riding the bike, it allows me to do some sort of workout while still lying down or searching amazon.....

It arrived quickly and was exactly as described. It's not as small as many described in their feedback, as they made it seem like Malibu Barbie was the only one who could use it. It's not the most sturdy thing eve made but you aren't paying for that either. It's worth the money and should hold up if used as designed.

This thigh toner is well made and works well for it's intended purpose. The day after I used the thigh toner I was sore the next day, so obviously it was working! The thigh toner provider ample resistance with out being impossible to use. The downside is that it kept popping out of place. And it didn't come with instructions on the proper way of using the thigh toner. I thought it was obvious how to use it but then I watched some videos online and found out I was doing it wrong! But I really like this product and it's ease of use.

This is very poorly designed. The metal piece inside the foam cover is very short. It ends in the middle section of thigh where it's being pushed hard. This is not only uncomfortable but very dangerous. (Make sure you read the legal disclaimer of this seller.) The quality is poor, too, but that was something I expected. The product description says it comes with instructions but mine did not come with it. Not recommended.
