These work great for me! I’m using my bookcase as a mantle and I did not use adhesion and they stay put the whole month just fine. I don’t put anything in the stockings to limit a lot of weight until the night before Christmas because I don’t stick them down. There is no damage to my book case and I have used these two years in a row now. I love the price, the simple look, thin, and great for small places. I ordered more so if I need more stockings in the future I have matching pieces.

We used these as Christmas stocking holders. They were too small to go on the mantel but worked great on two shelving units on either side of the fireplace. Unobtrusive but nice looking and held stockings with quite a bit of goodies in them.

They are really cute for a small fireplace I think. My fireplace is more on the bigger size and I could barely see them hanging.

These are pretty nice and hold a good amount of weight. I will say they used to have rubber stoppers but they have been replaced with a king of adhesive so be careful with painted surfaces.

These work great! I have a lot of trim design on my mantle, so I worried these wouldn’t fit. They bend into place very easily for a snug fit. I didn’t use the adhesive at all (didn’t want to risk it damaging my paint) and I didn’t need to. They are sturdy just being bent into place.With little kids having bulky traditional stocking holders I always worry they will fall on their heads. These take away that concern.

I wasn’t sure whether to give this product 3 or 4 stars, if 3.5 was an option I’d choose that. The hooks held up the stockings very well all season, however, when I removed one at the end of the holidays, it pulled off a large chunk of paint from our stairs (where they were hanging). That was pretty frustrating and disappointing.

I am very happy with this purchase. For the last 10 years I used command strips hooks on my fireplace. Since my children are older we started using the fireplace this season and the heat causes the command strips to fall off. Of course I went to Amazon for an answer and found these. I wanted the gold ones but it would’ve been an extra week so I went with the silver and I’m glad I did. I think the silver is less noticeable. They are heavier weight than I thought and I put a bunch of stuff in the stockings and they held up well. Yes the little plastic bumpers may fall off while you’re trying to put them on but it’s no big deal you can put them back. I’m very happy with this purchase!!

Works perfect to hang stockings on thick shelves, and they look nice! They are more like balanced than attached though so they may pivot side to side a bit, but I never had them fall off over the course of the holiday season.

Perfect for Christmas but where i wanted them they didn't fit. I found my floating shelf was perfect for them.

These were as described, not sturdy enough to hold a full stocking but great for decorating the mantle with empty hanging stockings.

Used to hang stockings on a fireplace. Held them well but used without the adhesive so sometimes would be knocked down when walking past.

Arrived scratched and bent up, definitely not worth the money.
