It says just robe and headpiece I assume the robe includes the plain dress and glittery jacket? And headpiece is the crown. What about the beard?

The head piece is indeed the crown. Beard not included. We found our purchase to be of very poor quality. The robe seam was not stitched correctly and as soon as our son put it on it fell apart. I would look elsewhere.

Does this include headpiece and crown

The one I bought came with everything but that’s a couple of years ago

Does this include waist coat as well or just the robe

Yes just no beard or cup. Had everything else you see

Is the waist coat separate from the robe or are they attached?

No it’s all just one piece and attached! :)
