Simply put, I like 'em!
I am an olive enthusiast. As a last minute item to fill up my cart, I ordered two jars of these Kalamatas I opened one jar yesterday, and I've enjoyed the heck out of it! The olives are varied in color from light to dark, and range in firmness according to their shade. The brine is flavorful, and is not highly saline. Simply put, I just really like 'em!

I love kalamata olives and now I get the bonus of food source of probiotics as well in addition to yogurt and sauerkraut. I have canceled my subscription. I like my olive fruit firm and these are too soft/mushy for my liking.

Organic Olives Make My Focaccia Bread and Salads 5 Star!
I'm Italian and make focaccia bread at home at least once a week. I also enjoy making Italian and Greek salads with dinner and have found these organic olives to be rich with flavor and having perfect consistency. On a pizza they just bring that additional flavor that makes friends wonder what's different about my pizza. For focaccia bread you can purchase pre made dough or use any recipe or mine. Spread dough on cookie tray or in square cake baking pan, place a good amount of olive oil over the top and then let rise at room temperature or inside your oven for an hour. Then use your fingers to punch partial holes in the dough and then add a little fresh tomatoes, fresh basil, some oregano, garlic to your liking and then put all the organic olives on that you dream. Allow to rise at room temperature another fifteen to 30 minutes and then place in pre treated oven at 300f for about 15 minutes. Depends on how crispy you like your focaccia but this is a SURE WIN. I've got three recipes on video but unfortunately not here. Enjoy these great organic olives at an extremely good price point.. Full of good nutrients and part of a good diet!
